Poor
Proximity to destination. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Room was very basic and sparsely furnished. There was no vanity mirror in the bedroom and when one was brought to our room it was placed on the floor away from any plug point. Poor lighting on dressing table.

Disappointing
The reception staff were very nice. The bar and reception area is nicely presented. The rooms are well signposted.
Our 'suite' was nicely proportioned but I was expecting a lounge/sitting area separate from the bedroom. The TV was woefully small for the size of room. The wi-fi didn't work. The edge of the bathroom floor was not as clean as it could have been and the plug in the bath would not seal so it was impossible to use the bath.

Fair
The room was spacious and clean and so is the restaurant and bar area. Good location had electric charger.
The intercom was not working, so if there is no wifi we have to go down in case of an emergency. The tv was so old as and was kept like a monitor. It was a bit noicy the whole night doors banging. I asked the lafy who was there at the breakfast counter "do ypu have a toster she showed me a small one but the bread yhey have kept doesn't fit the toaster. Two other people were also looking for a toaster and had the same irony. These are basic things and quick fixes. I prefer Holiday Inn for easy and convenience so though of leaving a feedback.

My wife didn’t sleep found bed linen reacted to her skin which made the next day very tiring.
