Have stayed in this hotel before and liked it hence coming back its in a good location for main tourist places in Norfolk . Breakfast was good and room was adequate.
This Hotel is in dire need of a revamp, internally its looking tired and furniture looks well used.
While the swimming pool was quite nice, although bit on the small side as regular members occupied most of it and left little room for us to swim. The changing facilities are really poor.
The external appearance of this Hotel is shabby, the gardens are not maintained and the windows etc are covered in spider webs, very untidy.

It was peaceful, food was very good, breakfast laid out really well with plenty of choice. Staff were all helpful and polite. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.
Garden was ok but could do with a tidy up !

It was close to the airport.
Air-conditioning didn't work.. tv didn't work. No remote control for the TV. Even in newly refurbished room there were no usb sockets.

It was clean and staff very polite and friendly
Well I booked a hotel that had air conditioning but it didn’t work so I complained in the morning that evening we went to our room there was a fan on the floor which was rubbish. No explanation or nothing just a fan on the floor. I checked out next morning and again mentioned the air conditioning they told me that because there was a lot of people there and everyone was using it at the same time it became overwhelmed but isn’t that what everyone does at night when it’s hot we all use it. I said I could have booked a different hotel half the price with no air conditioning.
Absolutely ridiculous excuse in my eyes. I have asked for my money back. Still waiting for a reply

I was so upset.
You give a tremendous choice of breakfast however the cooked food was being made cold by the air conditioning blowing full blast onto the cooked food, I was speechless and brought this to the attention of the staff member who looked unplugged????
I wanted to ask for a refund but my partner said just write a letter of complaint which I am going to do on Monday.
The breakfast being cold and having to come out of the room to use the disabled toilet because we found ours blocked when we went to use it about 10:30 pm. It was far too late to report it as we didn't want to be up all night waiting for the plumber to call, this also had an impact on both of us as I have to use the toilet regularly as I have recently undergone surgery and ended up using a purpose made urine recepticle from my car during the night or the disabled toilet.
