Hotel ok.. bit dated
Air conditioning was broken.. no option to open windows.. sealed units. Very uncomfortable night.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

Once you got inside the building, the experience was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room itself was fine. Breakfast was good and the overall price was very reasonable. Parking was easy. It is also easy to take a bus into the city centre- a frequent service runs from outside the Asda store. It is very well worth a visit.
When you first arrive at the venue, the appearance of the surrounding buildings is quite off putting as they are badly in need of upgrading. The hotel itself has a very utilitarian appearance, but inside is absolutely fine.

The hotel was in an ideal location for my needs , including extra parking . It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food was super , notably the free breakfast . The facilities were good. Finally , a few words of praise for the staff I dealt with. On Reception and serving at the bar Lina and Emily were excellent. They were very personable, professional, friendly and helpful . There was a young man on Reception in the morning who was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name due to my haste.
The stay greatly exceeded my expectations. Many thanks .

Staff were friendly
I would not return because both rooms were extremely hot. There were no windows to open. We had a fan and a cooler both of which did nothing to make it more comfortable. The air conditioning was not working

Very basic, mostly luke warm, not alot of choice
It could have hotter, with a choice of eggs ( rubbery scrambled) was only option .

Wonderful
Location just across from a supermarket was convenient. It was very clean in all areas, staff friendly and welcoming.
Would have been good to be told in advance you couldn’t pay cash for the room as this made it difficult when I expected to be able to.
