Love that it has kitchen and kitchen items in it.
They should find a way in helping to take out trash from rooms ...My trash was in the room till the day i left. And i hate cats. Saw a cat at the receiption with feeding plates . That is an eyesore.

It's not the first StayCity we've stayed in. We knew what we were getting into. (we were in London for 3 and a bit days)
The room and bathroom were fantastic. They met every need we had.
The staff were awesome. They were very attentive, and we got along well with them.
It's sat between 2 DLR stations, so it's a bit of a walk from either one. Don't let that deter you from staying here, and using public transport as an option.
As travellers, we felt safe in the area.

Walking distance to Deptford Bridge and Greenwich DLR stations. However, heading to central London with bus usually takes more than an hour. Room was overall clean. Staff are friendly. Has elevators and overall, the inside of the building smells good/clean.
I have seen a tiny spider one day and a silverfish (a small bug that appears in the night) the other. The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was not working properly; I quickly reached out to them through Whatsapp and they've supplied another plastic bag to fill. Housekeeping only happens >1 if you're staying more than 7 nights. They seem to have replaced my towels; however, the utensils in the kitchen along with teas, coffees, etc. weren't renewed at all. For two nights, I kept hearing the child of another guest upstairs screaming/crying for sometime in the nights as well.

Great place to stay for a night in London, located about 25 mins drive from the O2. Efficient and very friendly receptionist. Nice spacious room (we were upgraded!). Good views from room 310 (double aspect). Bed was a bit noisy but comfortable. Great shower. Very well equipped with kitchenette, coffee machine, fridge and milk. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally nice, on arrival, Andrea, the concierge who welcomed us, helped my elderly father to find his way, and made sure we got rooms next to each other. It was very welcoming.
The air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy at times, and couldn't be turned off, which made it harder to fall asleep sometimes. When I turned it off, it automatically switched on again after a while. Maybe someone has a look at it?

Location was safe and close to public transport, room was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and and we slept well, the room was soundproof and the blackout curtains were wonderful. The kitchenette was a dream. Great Nespresso coffee maker as well. The price was right too!
There was nothing that we disliked. The only minor issue was that one side of the bed creaked- probably a broken wooden spacer but this did not effect the comfort.

Decent size of disabled bathroom, normal room size, good amenities.
The AC was an issue. It's centrally controlled, so we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves. We had to ask reception to change it from 21°C to 24°C, and then back to 21°C. We ended up just turning it off when too cold. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable; we could hear the springs when we moved. These issues would make us hesitant to return.

The staff members here were outstanding, solicitous about guest needs and ready to provide local information. The facilities are clean and well-kept, with basic, but sufficient, services for a longer stay.
Being an older building, the surrounding water pipes groan sporadically at all hours. Recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.
