Great place. Very clean and modern. There was a little kitchen area that had a hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and kettle. They had a tea towel, dish cloth, dishwasher tablets and Washing up liquid which was great as we didn't take anything. We did make breakfast and there was every utensil you needed. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and complimentary soaps etc. The lovely touch to the place was the complimentary snacks which were crisps, popcorn, rice cakes, water and mints. The place wasn't too far from a train station. A great base to walk into Greenwich which was very nice. Also there was a shop and a chip shop across the road and a lovely coffee place only 200 yards away.
I would definitely stop there again.
So petty this, it's lovely to have a rain shower, but if you don't want to get your hair wet, it becomes very difficult. It would have been nice to have a dual shower head.

Harry from reception was an absolute credit he was so helpful he was really chatty and friendly and warm nothing was too much trouble from recommending places to go to helping contact a restaurant which we had a problem at and bringing us up more coffee to our rooms when we run out. The room had everything we needed and was clean and location was great
Only thing was I requested 3 beds and got 1 king and 1 sofa bed this wasn't an issue though and still enjoyed our stay

Good location. Very modern fittings and bathroom. Friendly staff.
Kitchen was well -equipped but so small that we had to put things on the window sill whilst juggling items in the cupboard. Should provide instructions for the combi oven.

Hotel is in a great location and it was a bonus having secure parking. The rooms were lovely, clean and quiet. They were also well stocked with drinks and snacks. Will definitely stay again.

The minute we walked in you could smell the fresh bed sheets and notice how thoroughly clean the room was. The hotel has everything including washing, cooking utensils, coffee machine, oven ect.
Bed was a little stiff but wasnt horrible at all

5 minutes walk from Greenwich station. Small room but has everything we need. Laundry room is in the basement. Restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived early and initially wanted to just store our luggage first but fortunately there's a room already ready so we are able to check in early. Thank you :)

Location & facilities were very good. All staff were excellent specially Andrea & Harry. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Greenwich train/DLR station 10 mins walk. Lots of eating places in Greenwich with Cutty Sark being next station on DLR.
There should be a hand-grab in shower area. Rain shower very good. For long stay apartment cleaning every three days is recommended. Telephone should be in room to atleast speak to reception.
