U walk normal and sounds like stomping form downstairs and the lack of a good tv to have working Chanels.

The location of the house is amazing! Just a quick walk down to the beach. There are a lot of places to eat a quick lunch or take outs. There are 2 nice restaurants over looking the beach. We did beautiful coastal walks to Newquay and Mawgan Porth. We even attended yoga classes at The Zen Den which offers a lovely view of Watergate beach.

Location.
Beds for all guests should be made, after long journey and late arrival we had to made a bed to be able to sleep. Not enough pillows, towels, glasses, plates, pans for 6 people. If you pay in front you will expect these things will be provided and no extra request have to be made for basic equipment for the stay.

Great house with plenty of room to relax and would definitely visit again. Kitchen is super with all that you need.
The bathroom could do with updating but it does the job, not a problem. The downstairs tiled floor is exceptionally cold esp in the bathroom.
