What a gem we stumbled on! Lovely guest house, such welcoming hosts. The location is perfect literally 5 minutes from shops, bars and entertainment. We stayed in room 11 and it was spotless. The bedding smelt amazing! We must also praise the delicious breakfast. The first day my husband had the smoked salmon and poached eggs and I had the fluffiest scrambled eggs on toast and the second morning it was the full English breakfast and the American pancakes. What a treat. Excellent value for money.

We had the anex beds were so comfortable and it was clean we had a fridge and microwave and kettle and plates glasses and cups and utensils even though it was guest house we felt like a private apartment breakfast was in the main house and was excellent will.defo be returning to here if I come to Cornwall again

Amazing bed
The upper floor was directly under the roof void and flat roof. At 5am the seagulls were soooo loud I thought next door had a baby with them. I come from Bmth so know what a pain seagulls are but some bird spikes or something wouldn't go a miss

Location was fantastic. Close to town, beaches, bus stop. Own parking is always a must in Newquay, much appreciated! Staff friendly and helpful

Arrived midday on Friday and parked up outside. Had a walk down to the beach and a few shops then came back to the hotel about 4 to check in. Checked in nice and easy and went to our room. It was lovely and clean with a nice sea view. We spent most of our time our and about however didn't need to drive as its so close to everything. It was a great weekend and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved my stay at Trelinda Guest House! The accommodation was spotless — you can really tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. my room was super comfy and perfect for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant place to stay.

Bed and sleeping related things were excellent! Quiet also to allow good night sleep.
Heater for towels etc. didn't work in bathroom.
Chilly inside like usual in UK. Some hotels though are warm.
