Loved the view. Loved the apartment. Really nice rooms and bathroom.
Wasn't sure where to go for a dip on the sea... That might have been icing on the cake. But overall we loved this place. Thank you.

We had a very relaxing two night break in this lovely modern, spacious, well equipped ground floor apartment with a great sea view. It was nice to have the two bathrooms too! Very quiet location but handy to Charlestown via a footpath.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of Carlyon Bay. Access to Charlestown and the Carlyon Bay Beach can be reached via footpath.
The apartment was not quite ready upon arrival and was lacking towels. Communication with the host was less than ideal. The sofa in the living room is looking pretty worn out and the base boards next to the dishwasher and kitchen sink were detached. No wash cloths were provided and the kitchen could have used a sponge/scrubber for cleaning pots and pans.

Ground floor apartment so we could sit outside and enjoy the superb view.
Very clean apartment. Nice walk along the coast path to Charlestown.
Quiet.
Not a complaint from us but it is not suitable for a noisy family as they would disturb the retired residents in the block.

Gorgeous views, gorgeous apartment! Well maintained grounds. Kitchen and bathrooms look new. Would highly recommend. Clean and crisp throughout. We were very comfortable. Apartment on cliff area not beach, hence great views.! There is a coastal path to walkacross the road. Surrounding area looks high end, safe and clean too.
Although comfy and clean, the sofa looked tired and looked out of place in the high spec apartment.
A beach is within walking distance but was unable to go as youths had overtaken it to have a beach party.

Location fantastic, amazing view
Could not fault anything really, but it would be helpful to know the apartment is next door to the Porth Avallen hotel as the property number 53a is a bit hidden in the bushes and easily missed.
