Stairs! Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues don’t choose this property.

We stayed in chalet 31, the facilities in the chalet were first class, a full kitchen, lovely sitting room and the bedroom and bathroom were first class.
The staff at the hotel were superb, very friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean, pool was lovely and warm. Close by to beach, family friendly.
Was an excellent stay overall and didn’t spoil our stay but the double bed feels tiny so not the most comfortable sleep.

The area and how everything including the airport was close by within 12 minutes drive , the apartment inside and the layout was lovely and well laid out. Views nice and very close to a beach for an evening stroll. Staff very helpful including taxi drivers on day one as our luggage was delayed at airport for three days and he took us to local supermarket to get some staples as in clothes to to make do. Grand daughter loved it too
The only let down was the patio area at the back of our Villa there were a large number of big weeds growing round the perimeter of it and leaves everywhere. Villa next doors garden area was spotless round the edges and as we had same stones and chips a quick 30 minutes pulling up the weeds and sweeping up leaves would have made it a more enjoyable space. Wooden Chairs very low and hard not comfy to sit on for very long if you wanted to sit in the sun chilling, however having said this it would not stop us going back and we will be back again and would highly recommend to anyone going to Newquay or surrounding areas .

the apartment was very spacious, clean and the master bedroom had on ensuite bathroom. we could open the balcony doors and had view to the pool to enable us to easily watch out for the children swimming. the location was perfect short distance to access many beaches and attractions.

Description of where my parking space was but no description of how to get from there to the property. No signs showing where different numbered apartments were. Only found out where it was after taking my luggage to main reception and finding a site map which was up a few flights of stairs and opposite direction to actual apartment. This should have been sent at the same time as all other details.

Great. Staff were excellent, the apartment was lovely but could do with new mattresses and we appreciate the seagull issues but the upper balcony needs a jet wash.
The location is excellent, and would love to stay again in the future

Lovely well kept villa's in a great location. 5 min walk to porth beach, highly recommend. You can also use the hotel facilities even when staying in the villa's. Great quiet and very clean location

We had a fantastic break, and the location was perfect as we love porth Beach. The apartment was perfect. Clean, spacious, and loved the underfloor heating. Only down side was the weather, but expected for that time of year (march).
