The location is just beautiful for a view of the ocean. Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions. Be sure to ask Jayne for the best places to eat. Jayne and Dean made the visit so enjoyable and the breakfast is very good…especially Dean’s fresh fruit salad.
Everything for our visit was just perfect…the weather even cooperated.

As soon as we walked through the door it was a warm welcome Jayne one of the owners was there to welcome us. It was like home from home. I loved how friendly everyone was, the rooms were beautiful and tastefully done we were in room six Unfortunately we didn't have a sea view but it was a spacious and lovely room.
They had a living room which was lovely and done in a similar design to the rest of the house just like the dining room.
Breakfast was amazing such a variety of foods on offer and all beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Location was perfect right on the seafront just a little walk across the grass down a few steps and onto the beach which was clean and lovely. The town was just around the corner parking was a bit of a problem outside. So on the first day went to the car park but 2nd & 3rd days parked right outside the B&B. So to sum it off Dean & Jayne are amazing chatty and just welcoming, warm and so friendly, The rest of the staff we met were so polite and friendly. Also, Sam & Liv are always friendly insightful, helpful, and just a joy to talk to. Definitely going back and will 100% recommend.
Only couple of things were the matteress was a little uncomfortable for me anyway as I suffer from sciatica, and the parking but It wouldn't stop me going back.

Jane &Dean made us very welcome room was beautiful food excellent made us up a lunch pack the morning we were leaving g because we were leaving before breakfast which was a lovely gesture it was lovely had a great time at lazy waves

The breakfast was everything that we wanted. Both Jayne and Dean were very helpful with questions about the area, helping book taxis, book excursions.
I can’t think of anything everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

We stayed for 5 nights and we had such a lovely time. Everything (I’m not exaggerating) was perfect. The place is well kept, extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was also amazing, with fresh local produce and a variety of food. Great location, with a sea view and 2 min walk to the high street. But most importantly, Jayne and Dean are amazing hosts. They’re caring, welcoming and have such a good energy. We couldn’t possibly have found a better place to stay in Newquay!

Decorated to highest standards, near the beach, we had the room with the balcony which was lovely to sit out on and look across the bay. Jayne and Dean couldn’t have been better hosts, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was exceptional.

The room, the view and the location were all excellent. The breakfast was a lovely experience. Jayne and Dean gave us lots of information having been brought up in Newquay.

We spent three nights at Lazy Waves B&B. It was a luxury B&B, very clean and well decorated. We got a beautiful room with balcony with a fantastically beautifull 180-degree view of the beach, landscape and the city of Newquay. The breakfast prepared by Dean and Jayne was varied and lovely..

Excellent location, fantastic view from the balcony. Very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choices.
