We stayed for four nights in the front room which has a fantastic view over the golf course right down to the sea what we liked the most.
It's been too hot ?, but that's what its like when you come to the British surfers paradise over the summer ?⛱️

Good location close to the beach, opposite the facility there is a playground for children.clean and nice owners, but no parking space at the facility but there is a parking lot opposite the facility where the playground is only that you have to pay but one plus is that you don't have to drive anywhere because everywhere is close to the beach, shops and other places that you can see.

I stayed at Breakers with my husband and son. We had a nice room with a great view. There was a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar provided. Also, we had our own sink in the room. Sarah and Matt were very friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Great location facing the sea. Parking is free from 8pm till 9 am in a nearby car park.

Location, clean and tidy, hosts were lovely, big fans of Fred.
Very minor complaint we had is the shower would benefit with a shelf to put toiletries on whilst showering, as it’s quite hard to manoeuvre to pick up toiletries from the floor whilst in the shower. (However wouldn’t put us off staying again)

The room was modern und very clean, carefully and very usefully equiped.
Beautiful view to Fistral beach, town centre and coastal walk quite close,
Breakfast wasn't offered, but kettle in the room to prepare coffee and tea.

We loved the feel of the place from the moment we stepped inside. Fred the dog greeted us. The downstairs bar was an unexpected bonus. Matt and Sarah were lovely relaxed hosts happy to enjoy a chat or a drink with us. The sunsets from the front patio were magical. Easy walk to the Red Lion Pub for dinner was convenient. Lots of info an amiable re things to do. All in all we had a great time at Breakers!!
Stairs bother me a bit, but no biggie.

Lovely place a walking distance into town. Friendly owners and beautiful dog
The toilet being outside my door was used by lots of guests and very noisy.
The owners had friends come and had a good drink which ended in a noisy night and I was kept awake. Guests also laughing and shouting until gone 330 so although a nicely situated and reasonable sized rooms with a bar it did put me off staying again

Staff were welcoming and its located close enough to Newquay town just a walk away!
Difficult to park near at a cheap price, however a car park for long stay we used and it was great approaching 5-10 minute walk away. The bathroom is shared so noisy at times when others use it. The towels were lovely but would have been good if changed daily as we had no facilities to hang up to dry properly between use.
