Good value
No AC, old place with smell of food when you go in because there is a pub inside

Location is great…close to many things. The staff is truly amazing. Sami and Luke make you feel so welcome and happily provide great suggestions for things to do and see. You almost feel like you are home! The pub is exceptional with a lot of choices for drinks and food. Al is a super barkeep and goes above and beyond to provide good service. We found ourselves drinking here most evenings because of the atmosphere. The Mad Hatter is a very special place.

Staff was nice.
No airco.
Room was a bit dirty.
Prices should be lower than the current ones.

Very Good
Great pub and breakfast.
Perfect location.
Really hot and loud. The noise was to be expected since the windows had to stay open for cooling.

Location is great ...walking distance to Tube station and near the river walk along the Thames. Coffee shop and small supermarket nearby.
Room ...basic room and basic amenities (no air-con but provided with standing fan)
Breakfast included in the price
would prefer to have more amenities
would prefer to have built-in aircon
Bathroom a bit old and dated but clean

Good
Our check-in receptionist was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. He knew a lot about the local area and helped us find somewhere to eat.
The food served at the bar was very nice, a little small in portion but very good quality.
The room was boiling with no air-con, the pillows were uncomfortable and for the price we paid (around £350 for a midweek stay) we expected more comfort.
Also; our check-out receptionists was rude and unhelpful.

Wonderful
A friendly, welcoming hotel with very helpful staff, a clean and comfortable bedroom. Always great to be able to make a cup of tea/coffee and everything was available, cold milk in fridge too! The location is excellent and although the tube is nearby, there is so much to see and do within easy walking distance. We had a delicious lunch in the pub when we arrived too. Very friendly atmosphere.
Clearly a bit short staffed at breakfast but no real complaints.
