Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
I dont feel that the breakfast was value for money. My husband and I both ordered a full English breakfast which was cold. We saw it sitting on the side for a few minutes before it was brought to our table, enough time for it to go cold. The cold buffet was nice but the hot food quality was poor.

Overall good
desapointing on some issues as the bathroom itech mirror was not working, no radio.....no biscuits to have with a cup of coffee or tea as most of over hotels or even cheaper hotel will have them ,the only option was to use the mini expensive bar ,we could hear noises from next door rooms, voices & TV and finally after 3 days of check out no cancellation of the £600 deposit

Everything - a real treat
This was a treat and not something we can do often. We realised that it would be expensive in terms of food/drink etc but the service charge added to the room when we checked out seemed excessive and we were not told about this beforehand. When we paid for the room, we thought we had paid for the room and everything that came with it. Of course it was discretionary but they add it and you have to ask for it to be removed which of course we didn’t as that would have been awkward.
