The whole experience was magical, was a treat for my wife on her birthday and she loved every minute of our stay, especially the bathroom with the view. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

For the cost of the hotel I would have expected there to be at least a basic breakfast offering included in the price. My son had added to his bill 2 nights valet parking at £75 per night and he doesn't have a car. My daughter had a breakfast voucher , however the cost was added to her bill in error

We booked the room with two separate beds in advance. Also we informed the hotel that we’d come late at night. The hotel rejected to give us room with two beds due to maintenance problems with the room. They didn’t inform us before. We was too tired to book the other hotel and decided to stay with Shagri-La. Especially for such a price. But I won’t reckoned it next time.
