…..obvs the city view, the breakfast, size of room and its serene calmness
They add a 5% optional service charge to the bill that they will remove if asked but this ‘emotional blackmail’ approach should be ended. Poor form and it is added to all the bill including gratuities you may have already added to meals. If they aren’t paying the staff well enough out of the £1,000+ bill they should be reflecting on the way they treat the staff.

Excellent property! Everything was perfect, the room, the view, the food, and the staff! It was very conveniently located right above the subway station with easy access to everywhere in London, great places to eat nearby and a short walk to the Thames river. Had the best experience!

Extremely nice view and spacious room. Food is mediocre except for the breakfast . The pool is not very clean and has only few hours when children ( under 16) are allowed

most things....the view is epic..rooms are great and staff supper helpful
you should do staggered checkins so you coulds checkin at say 11.00 am but would then need checkout at 10-11 the next day..that way you wouldnt have half the hotel wouldnt be leaving at the same time and you could have more generous checkin. i think checkin at 4pm and checkout at 12 is really poor..
