Spectacular views during the day and night, room was wonderful, comfortable bed, bathroom was great, staff could not be any better, such a warm greeting from Ting on reception, will definitely be back.
Pool was a little cold, had to wait for the lifts a little to long sometimes, shower door made a loud noise when opening and shunting. Everything else was wonderful

Beautiful hotel in a good location with a wonderful view. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Many of the staff greeted me by name even just when passing at the entrance.
The daily 60£ discretionary service charge that we were not made aware of at check-in or told what it was for. If it was for housekeeping services, we were overcharged as we didn’t desire or receive services for two of the six days we stayed at the hotel. Admittedly, it is a discretionary charge, but still, it was a surprise upon checkout. And the hotel was willing to deal, as they and us agreed to split the charge.
