We booked the room with two separate beds in advance. Also we informed the hotel that we’d come late at night. The hotel rejected to give us room with two beds due to maintenance problems with the room. They didn’t inform us before. We was too tired to book the other hotel and decided to stay with Shagri-La. Especially for such a price. But I won’t reckoned it next time.

The room was beautiful, high up in the sky with absolutely fantastic views across London. Just walking in to the room and watching the blinds raise to reveal the view was incredible. The room was extremely well-appointed, with everything you could think of in there for you. The staff were also absolutely incredible, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The nightly turn-down service was a lovely touch, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would love to return again one day!
Leaving! I wish we could have stayed for longer, but hopefully we will be able to return one day and experience the Shangri-La London again!

We were lucky enough to get an up graded room, the view was magnificent especially in the dark / evening. The room was amazing comfortable and the seating meant we didn't have to just sit on the bed.
There was nothing not to like. It was a 1 night special treat and you ticked every box for us.
