All in all the Hotel is marvelous.
Everything since the beginning I fall in love with the hotel. The location is amazing, beautiful views of London. The comfort and the staff are great.

The hotel was amazing. The restaurants let it down. We used aqua shard. The food was the worst we’ve ever had. It seemed like they rely purely on their 50th floor view and can bring out the most terrible food because the view compensates. The hotel amazing, the restaurant dampened the experience.
