All the staff were friendly and helpful. The iconic city view room was lovely, clean and spacious and the view was incredible. We appreciated the personal touches such as bottled water, a dessert and note from the hotel was nice. We also went to the Gong bar for cocktails and small plate food and had breakfast at the Ting restaurant found a good selection and excellent quality food

Fantastic views of the City and nothing beats taking a bath while looking at the London skyline. Rooms are very spatious and staff is helpful. Bar at level 52 is great, but evidently all comes with a price.
While this is to be expected from a hotel this type, windows cannot be opened, so are very dusty. Not a breath of fresh air possible. Restaurant at level 35 is expensive and really not worth it. I would honestly expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel at this pricing.

The View was amazing although unhappy with our obstructive view in are insanely expensive suite.
The room smell dusty, felt like a Marriott and not a high end luxury hotel. Room not stocked each day or cleaned well.
