The panoramic view of Tower Bridge and London skyline was simply exceptional. Combined with the elegant atmosphere and outstanding service, it made the stay truly memorable.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Perhaps minor improvements in room readiness timing could enhance the overall experience even further.

An exceptional and luxurious hotel that was a gift for my husband's 60th birthday. The views from our 44th floor room during the day and then as night fell were unreal. Every staff member we met were friendly and welcoming We would happily return to stay again and to dine.

Staff . It’s the experience of the location as it is so iconic.. Ting meal was exceptional. Shout out to Anca, Clare,Martina & Edward whom were very helpful
Do Not bother with the breakfast here. You pay 45£ for cold …. full English and only one way eggs (sloppy,cold scrambled) … the days we visited were sunny, pity about the dirtiness of the windows for the iconic London views.. Sauna/Pool again iconic highest in Europe and some random non guest just wanders in to take photos as they happen to be at the bar! Pool attendant did action as soon as he saw them.. definitely should look into securing the hotel guests only access better !
