Gorgeous, luxurious and comfortable. Really good customer service from start to finish, music and art curation here is spot on, the roof top bar is a special venue perfect for sunset cocktails. I’ve stayed 4 times now and I love it.

I didn't have the best night's sleep. A slightly softer mattress might have helped.

Great location and interior was well designed and thought out. The concierge, reception team and Miles in particular really made me and my mom (whose birthday it was) feel really special and helped me arrange a cake in the room for her. Customer experience 10/10 so a massive thank you!
