Our rooms was meant to have a view of thames it did have but was basically very restricted with a large office block infront.
Was my wife's birthday, we were given a voucher for 2 free cocktails which the sky bar wouldn't accept, toilet in bathroom kept re filling all night was very noisy did tell reception

The location is fabulous. Rooms are on the small side but are very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is fantastic.
The hotel smells amazing!
We were given an accessible room which i did not want as the bed and sink were so low. I asked to change and we were given a room with a cot in it which made the room impossible to move around.
The bathroom is very dark and there are therefore not many places you can put make up on or shave effectively.
The rooms are not made for people with luggage.

the room was ok but very expensive, the food and drinks on the rooftop were wildly overpriced we had 4 gin & tonics and paid 90£!!!!! And the wine selection, OMG you can't get any worse than that. Just felt very touristy, with very little attention to detail and frankly quite boring. I would not go back.

Stunning location, very professional and friendly staff, beautiful mini bar, staff at Lyaness is amazing and the most amazing bar in London in my opinion, Luke at Lyaness was so amazing to us on my birthday this past weekend; thank you all so much for your attention and care! Cant wait to come back.

The location
Poor lighting ,cramped rooms. The single worst cocktails in tiny little glasses with ice stacked up so you couldn’t drink it in a cocktail that has crushed ice. Really shocking.

Hotel is on excellent location, so it's easy walk along the river and you can reach lot of attractions. Stuff were friendly and polite. Room was super clean and cleaned every day.
