Everything really, it’s our hotel of choice in London. It’s luxurious without being pretentious.
What’s not to like the staff are amazing accommodation is luxurious. The food is brilliant. The rooms are really comfortable.

This was our third time staying at the Sea Containers. It is such a fun hotel with a great atmosphere. The location is tranquil as far as London goes. With ease to all amenities. We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful hotel, very aesthetically pleasing with incredible views from the rooms. The hotel is also very well located and convenient to visit the city with minimum commute, and extremely comfortable. The staff was adorable. I was initially mistakenly offered a disabled room but the front desk swiftly resolved the issue as soon as it was surfaced and made sure I accessed a more comfortable room. They followed up to make sure that the comfort was to my liking and I really appreciated the attention.
While it is tasty, options in the breakfast buffet are quite limited for an establishment of this standing besides an à la carte menu that comes at an extra charge. Some simple options could be added to the buffet: e.g. simple pancakes or waffles, more fruits.

- We had an amazing view from our room - seeing the thames river, St Paul's and much more. - They have thoughtful electricity outlets (e.g. USB C, Type C) in the room. - They had water dispensers in the hallway. - Location is amazing - they have an exit right on the thames sidewalk. A few things are okay but not outstanding in comparison to other higher end hotels, e.g. breakfast.
- We were given a disability friendly room. The shower was thus barrier free walk in -- which led to a lot of water splashing in the bathroom. - Carpet in the room had lots of stains.
