Wonderful
The room was lovely and we had a patio- but this was very much the reason it was booked and I paid a premium for it. Very clean and comfy beds. Location of the hotel is perfect for walks along the South Bank and getting to Waterloo with ease.
The rooftop terrace bar was quite uninviting. We went up there on our first night but there was no space and felt very much like the cast from "The Only Way is Essex" had landed there. Attempting to be exclusive but actually it was just wannabes. We walked out, and went for a drink along South Bank instead. It was a shame but if you allow patrons to wear sunglasses inside at 10pm at night...what do you expect!!

What a stunning hotel. Much much more than expected in every way. The staff were wonderful, no stuffy staff with a great welcome. The room was beyond beautiful, elegant and exceptionally clean. We had a balcony over looking the river and this really made it so special with the lovely weather. A lot of thought has gone into the decor with little touches like solar powered lamps on the balcony and an amazing little kitchen area with fantastic mini bar. Only 5 min walk to nearest tube. I have to say the night time views from the hotel and nearby bridge were just incredible. Breakfast was fresh and warm with great staff. Water fountains on the same floor to fill up. What a very special place to stay. I really cannot wait to return.
Mini bar prices on the high side.

Everything! From start to finish our stay was magical. We even forgiven an upgrade from a lovely standard room to a one bedroom suite.

Orlando at reception was great and upgraded to an excellent river view room, also gave us a couple of vouchers for drinks as it was our birthday weekend trip.
There was a bit of mould in the mini bar fridge

Beautiful room with an excellent view and good sized. The staff were incredibly helpful, both the front desk staff and the staff at Lyaness. Beautiful location to walk along the Southbank; London Eye, etc are all within walking distance. Comfortable bed and good shower. Definitely treat yourself to drinks at Lyaness!
It really was a wonderful stay.

Location is excellent, rooms are clean and modern. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Had a reservation for the rooftop bar but when I got there they said it was closed. There was another bar but missed out on the rooftop view. Minor, minor negative.

Excellent hotel, room very clean and comfortable, great interiors. Amenities were great - we had everything we needed. Love the still and sparkling water taps on each floor.
A little dark inside lobby and corridors but might just be my eyes adjusting. Would be great if there was a pool!

Central location was great. Restaurant was great. Staff were very welcoming.
We were allocated a disabled room upon arrival which I didn’t have an issue with. The room itself didn’t blow us away compared to other properties we have stayed in around central London, within the same price range.
