Excellent front desk staff. I was most impressed. The room was very comfortable and well fitted, and some extra couple' orientated gadgets in the minibar, which was interesting find.

This is a fantastic hotel, so comfortable, fabulous location, great food, wonderful bar to relax in and I must add- the nicest, most caring staff I have ever come across.
Management have definitely got this one spot on. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will absolutely be using this hotel for my future London trips. 10 out of 10.

Always a great stay at the Sea Containers hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, great vibe. The location is very convenient - close to train and tube facilities and very central. Great views of London. Love it.

The staff at reception were absolutely not 5 star! They didn’t seem interested in our booking and made no effort to be welcoming or friendly.

Very handy location.
Room too small, bed too small, gym too small and basic, room too dark, heating not intuitive, scanty tea and coffee in room, drinking water outside in corridor, service charge built in to everything but then requested to pay voluntary extra service charge on checkout.
