Room was very comfortable with good facilities
Check in was very transactional and unfriendly. Didn’t offer any advice or explain the facilities of the hotel. We paid additional for breakfast. Again unfriendly greeting, filter coffee was cold. Placed in a squashed area of the dining room. Not what to expect for a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, in a brilliant location, with friendly staff, Room was quiet, bed comfortable, bathroom modern, breakfast had a good selection of food with outdoor tables for warmer mornings. I love the Lyaness bar on the ground floor as well. I have stayed here a few times now and its becoming my go to for London trips.
A small suggestion - better range of cereals at breakfast (e.g. muesli)

Everything was perfect. The facilities and the staff made our stay a great experience.
It’s a bit far from the tube so you have to walk quite a lot to get to the nearest station.

Over commercialisation -.asked to pay service charge on the price I'd already agreed just for the room. In room complimentary biscuit non existent but a load of snacks in the.room at a price - £5 for a snickers bar?? Just greedy.

The building is in a quiet part but walking distance to some tubes and also the London Eye. The room is pretty and fancy. We had the connecting room for us 5 friends. Very comfortable for us 5. We had a free water station on our floor, still and even sparkling water. There's this wall with quotations that changes daily or twice a day maybe. It was something we liked reading when we pass by the reception. They always provide what we needed and staff are very friendly. There's plenty of restaurants nearby, just a bit of walk. There's a small grocery nearby too.
