Great location and a good atmosphere. Spacious room. Coffee machine in room
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly poor. Room temperature resets during the night, makes you wake up very hot.

Location is superb, staff in hotel was friendly.
There was a dispute about a charge and the customer representative was not helpful, not giving us a timeline. Eventually, it was all resolved but it left a bad aftertaste.
There were also some stains in the floor of the bathroom, it just looked worn and should not be present at a hotel of this category.

Everything. The staff are exceptional in their warmth and professionalism, yet maintain a wonderfully ‘cool’ and relaxed vibe. Nothing too much trouble. The hotel is fabulous, certainly the best I’ve stayed in London. Beds are very comfortable and the room service excellent. Food is excellent too.
The only ‘minor gripe’ is shower door not closing properly, though this seems to be a problem in many hotels.
