Located on the banks of the River Thames, Sea Containers London is in the famed Sea Containers House, just a 7-minute walk from the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theater. The hotel is also 15 minutes' walk from the London Eye, Borough Market, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Sea Containers London features a riverside restaurant with outdoor seating, a cocktail bar, an agua spa, a rooftop bar and a terrace with panoramic views over London. Free WiFi is available for all guests. Decorated by award-winning designer Tom Dixon, each room features bespoke furniture, a flat-screen HD TV, air conditioning, dimmable lights and a mini-bar. Wonderful
Super clean, very comfortable bed and the room was really big. It’s in a great location if you want to venture out to the Southbank but also has a fantastic bar and restaurant if you just want to keep it very local. Food and service in the restaurant for dinner was exceptional, as was breakfast. In fact, all the staff were genuinely and sincerely really lovely.
Nothing to say on this front. It was great.

The rooftop bar was closed for a private event but I was not told about this in advance and wanted to show my daughter the views and has a drink there. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay there . The staff are helpful and polite though and have us a cocktail in the ground floor bar which was lovely. I just would have liked to have known in advance of facilities not open to me when staying as a guest before staying

I can highly recommend the Sea Containers Hotel. From exceptional service to superb cleanliness. The staff are a credit to the hotel, always smiling and couldn’t do enough for you. Especially Gio on reception. With great views from the South Bank with St Paul’s and the Strand as the backdrop. The rooftop bar is a must do! Breakfast was really good, with the only minor gripe of only serving American bacon and not British bacon!

Very cool and stylish, lovely bedrooms, great location.
Don’t bother with breakfast - It wasn’t clear from the booking that included breakfast was just the buffet options. In reality it was quite underwhelming and didn’t represent great value for money - we would have got a lot more options and quality for less money had we gone elsewhere.

Good hotel, comfortable, great location
Staff generally were not that friendly. Most didn’t raise a smile. Had to sit in the general foyer area rather than the lounge bar when we returned after a show due to my daughter not having ID of age (we did not plan to purchase alcohol), and we were served there. However it was full of loud people with swearing. Slightly intimidating, however the same security guy that rigorously upheld the ID requirement let this pass. We felt he was tougher with us than those that behaved with less manners. At Breakfast in the morning, we were left standing for sometime, it was difficult to make eye contact with staff who again we less friendly. When I checked out the staff generally did interact, but only to ask to pay an optional 5% room service tip. The room was already £450
