Located on the banks of the River Thames, Sea Containers London is in the famed Sea Containers House, just a 7-minute walk from the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theater. The hotel is also 15 minutes' walk from the London Eye, Borough Market, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Sea Containers London features a riverside restaurant with outdoor seating, a cocktail bar, an agua spa, a rooftop bar and a terrace with panoramic views over London. Free WiFi is available for all guests. Decorated by award-winning designer Tom Dixon, each room features bespoke furniture, a flat-screen HD TV, air conditioning, dimmable lights and a mini-bar. The hotel is very comfortable and i have stayed with you several times and really like it.
I booked a room with 2 single beds and a double bed, which Booking.com sent an email from Sea Containers confirming that they had accepted my option 2 request, but on getting into the room for the first time after midnight, my friends and i were met with 2 double beds which was a problem as we were 3 males travelling to London for the rugby. I called Sea Containers on Monday twice to explain what had happened and i was told that they would transfer me and my calls were then just lost in the system and i held for 11minutes 30 seconds 1st call, and over 4 minutes 2nd call before i just gave up. I am sure that this is probably not a company policy in how to handle problems but it is nevertheless disappointing and very frustrating, and slightly diminishes from the experience. The main bugbear though is that I paid for something that i did not receive and ultimately this resulted in a very disappointing end to what had been an excellent day

Service automatically added at a high rate. Americano coffee cost more on top of a costly breakfast. Food mediocre. Thought in general everything was very expensive even though it was London

This is a lovely hotel with excellent customer service. Great service all round at an affordable price. Fantastic view of London from 11th floor. I have been many times and will go again. My go-to hotel when in London.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable ... it creaked and felt used .. ohh

Location, Lyoness & 12th Knott
Housekeeping did not turn up until gone 4pm in the afternoon whilst we were resting. We had to phone down to ask for tea, coffee & milk. In 12th Knott, staff came up to our table and said we only had 10 minutes left. They made a mistake on what time we booked our table. We then didnt want to stay, so went out. The person apologised but this happened the last time we visited 12th Knott. It is off putting.

Reception upgraded our room to a better view. It was a lovely room overlooking the city of London. The room was really comfortable and completely suited me as a wheelchair user. Very clean, smart and a life saving coffee machine!
The TV signal was completely rubbish. The signal spent more time buffering than actually showing what was on. So much so that we had to turn it off. The only other thing was the air conditioner kept resetting itself to default which meant the room was overly warm for us.

Stayed in one of the new cabins which was absolutely beautiful. Loved all the extras including champagne breakfast. Fantastic service and lots of little touches that made the stay even more special.
