Located on the banks of the River Thames, Sea Containers London is in the famed Sea Containers House, just a 7-minute walk from the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theater. The hotel is also 15 minutes' walk from the London Eye, Borough Market, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Sea Containers London features a riverside restaurant with outdoor seating, a cocktail bar, an agua spa, a rooftop bar and a terrace with panoramic views over London. Free WiFi is available for all guests. Decorated by award-winning designer Tom Dixon, each room features bespoke furniture, a flat-screen HD TV, air conditioning, dimmable lights and a mini-bar. Lovely staff, few issues at check in, but resolved swiftly and bonus of a couple of drinks vouchers
Overall wonderful, however breakfast staff a little over zealous in removing plates before cutlery had time to be placed down

A great hotel that has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great for relaxing, great for exploring and the atmosphere wonderful.
Everything was great, personal choice was not to use the hand cream as the aroma wasn’t like the soap and shampoo but this is personal choice.

The breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options. There was plenty to eat and everything was fresh and well prepared. However, the breakfast menu didn’t change at all during my stay, so it got a bit repetitive after the second day. Many of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — especially the bell staff, the person who helped me when I entered the wrong address on Uber, and another who assisted me when I was late for a tour and couldn't access WhatsApp. Their support really made a difference. While some staff were very friendly, I found the restaurant staff to be less warm and welcoming. Also, not all front desk staff were friendly — some lacked the hospitality I expected.
The location was not ideal, I had to use Uber frequently to get around. If I visit again, I’d prefer to stay on the other side of the river.

The 13.5% service charge they add to every purchase. Also left my car keys in room, and was charged £30 for posting them back to me, not great customer service after spending £2000 on our stay .

In a central location close to all the tourist sights and close to a number of Tube stations. Room was nicely laid out with the most comfy pillows on the bed. Reception staff were excellent; both at check in and check out. Very informative and welcoming
Breakfast was a little chaotic; the restaurant was full so the alternative was to sit in a small annex area, which I accepted as I didn’t have a lot of time… however the springs appeared to be broken so the seat was not all comfortable… I had to send my breakfast back as it was cold… the second breakfast was warm rather than hot… The reception staff did remove the breakfast charge and the restaurant staff dealt with the issue very professionally; but at €300 for a one night stay (excluding breakfast) this was a disappointment.
