Decor, furnishings, comfort and customer service all exceptional.
Very minor points, but bedroom ventilation unit was noisy (above the 25dBA allowed) and breakfast tables were scruffy.

There was some difficulty checking in. However, the staff, Ellis, in particular, bent over backward to rectify the situation. We got the kind of room I had requested, and our stay was very enjoyable.
