Located on the banks of the River Thames, Sea Containers London is in the famed Sea Containers House, just a 7-minute walk from the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theater. The hotel is also 15 minutes' walk from the London Eye, Borough Market, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. Sea Containers London features a riverside restaurant with outdoor seating, a cocktail bar, an agua spa, a rooftop bar and a terrace with panoramic views over London. Free WiFi is available for all guests. Decorated by award-winning designer Tom Dixon, each room features bespoke furniture, a flat-screen HD TV, air conditioning, dimmable lights and a mini-bar. The marble bathrooms are complete with either rainfall shower or bath. Extras include a media panel, Malin+Getz toiletries and satellite channels. Many of the rooms feature river views, directly facing the Thames. Some also have a balcony. The on-site Curzon screens a range of new releases, classic matinées and family favorites in a bespoke 56-seat cinema from Friday evenings through Sunday. Waterloo Train Station is a 12-minute journey on foot and London Blackfriars Train Station is 8 minutes' walk away.

Exceptional
We had an exceptional stay at Sea Containers London. Our room was stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an incredible view over the Thames. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom luxurious, and every detail — from the lighting to the amenities — felt thoughtful and high-end. The location couldn’t be better, with the South Bank’s best restaurants, galleries, and riverside walks just outside the door. Staff were warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. A truly memorable stay — we can’t wait to return.

The room was beautiful and I was kindly upgraded which was perfect given that I have stayed at the hotel numerous times before. The suite was fantastic and the views over London at night and first thing in the morning are simply incredible

Room was a great size and location was brilliant for what we were doing. Bar is fabulous and we had brunch on the Sunday and the food was delicious

Superior Room was exceptional. Staff welcoming.
Left instructions for a key to be left for my partner to pick up. But that was don't done. I did ask twice when I checked in a little embarrassing when he arrived and inconvenienced. Staff members overall great but one was particularly very stressed at breakfast and it showed. But our server was amazing , professional and so very helpful.
