Staff were great and were able to provide us with a terrace with the room to celebrate a special occasion. Great location, walking distance to tower bridge and the shard. Room was very large and comfortable.

It was very clean and convenient to both bus stops and the underground station.
The entry directions were not clear and we had to look for the entrance. Once we found it, it seemed obvious.

The only thing that was good was the location
The apartment was filthy. Pubic hair in both bedrooms. Dirty mattress, without mattress protector. Miguel Pita the manager agreed to a full refund and then retracted to 50%. He also ignored all my emails and phone call.

Close location to the Thames and lots of tourist attractions. Spacious apartment style rooms.
Only 1/2 fans worked during very warm weather, and opening the windows at night brought in lots of mosquitoes and bugs. The floors were also warped and everything felt a bit old and outdated.

Good location and easily accessible as tube near to the apartment. These are my go to apartments when staying in London
Price could always be cheaper!
