Good location for the train/tube to everywhere. Located right at the shard. Lovely staff who were very attentive and could not do enough to heo. , great bar with lots of cocktails and lovely wine. We did not eat at the hotel, but the menu looked great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They cane with robes and slippers, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly reccomend this hotel and would stay there again
One of the lifts were broken which mase the lifts very slow but this was a minor issue and dis not affect the stay at all.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was perfect for myself and my daughter to stay. The hotel was immaculate and for a London Hotel it was value for money.

Very central location.
Room but small but nice. No walking shower which is a personal liking of course
Too expensive probably based on the fact it’s glued to London Bridge station

Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The inclusion of oat milk in the tea and coffee supplies was very good.
The beds were very firm and it would have been nice to include a coffee machine in the room.
