The location, cleanliness, the friendly staff, in particular Riah (the receptionist who was very friendly, bubbly and helpful when I needed some advice) and also one of the concierge staff. (I’m not sure the name, but it was the gentleman with the glasses, who was very helpful)
Maybe a wider spread for the continental breakfast otherwise I can’t think of any sort of negatives

Great location, near Borough Market and London Bridge Station. Exceptional service, staff all friendly and helpful. Lovely room, lots of little extras like robes and beautiful toiletries. Comfortable bed, room spotless. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, food and service outstanding. Such a nice Hotel for a couple of nights in London perfect.

Difficult if not impossible to find fault with any aspect of this hotel. Food, staff, location, room, cleanliness - all 5*. The only thing missing was a sea view - difficult in the centre of London.
Absolutely nothing to dislike about any aspect of this hotel and difficult to improve on perfection.
