Whirlpool wasn’t hot. Would be great if the property had a sauna. Otherwise, wonderful hotel.

It was a perfect and very comfortable stay, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spacious, quiet and very clean. It were the small details that made our stay great - a small bathrobe and slippers for our son, along with a cute plush fox that he adored, the minibar that was included in the room fare, very comfortable beds and decent coffee.

The only reason I am giving these scores is for the excellent compassionate guest relations manager Shail I would like to thank him (and his Team) for making sure that I was able to get my Spa treatment he was dedicated to the cause and a shining example for the hotel. That being said the same cannot be said about Spa breaks it is such a shame that your hotel is affiliated with this company apart from the lovely Maria (who was fabulous with the massage treatments) the whole experience with this company was awful
