The room was the best with smart TV and properly lit with very good lighting. very clean and modern toilet. didnt have the chance to look at the pool . the lobby and reception is very clean and spacious. feels welcoming .
Quiet a few minutes walk from the station Southwark but that is fine. not a big deal.

The room, breakfast and staff were amazing. They were attentive and made you feel at home. The hotel was spotless. One of the lifts were out of action. O couldn't get into my room until 1530

The receptionist offered a welcome drink on arrival - which was a nice gesture. The room was quiet despite it being next to the lift. Breakfast was varied and good. Wifi in the room seemed reasonably fast. Location was excellent.
The bed was very creaky. The view from our room was onto a brick wall. The room was also rather dark.

Perfect location. Close to Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge, and several restaurants and coffee shops. You could do a lot within the vicinity. Rooms were very clean and they even offered turn-down service. Room service was quite classy too. In/out was secure with card operated lifts, if security is important to you. Hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable.

Everything was exceptional, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower and the breakfast was unforgettable with an amazing choice and high quality produce. Great facilites including pool, spa and restaraunt/bar.

Lovely location, quiet, near the tube
Should have informed that a £200 deposit was required on top of fee when checking in. Though we were informed that would be refunded after checkout, it should be made clear when booking

Good location and facilities
No firm pillows so poor sleep (asked twice and nearly all other chains have them). Seemed a fault in the rooms light wiring that meant the toilet light could only be switched on with entry lobby area also on.
