They made a real effort for Christmas which made our stay really nice and festive. The adjoining family room were so fab especially in central London, these are hard to find.

We liked everything from the front desk to the rooms. The Christmas decorations when you walked in were amazing, I have never seen any like it in any hotel before. Made you feel special is all I can think of to describe them. I booked connecting rooms for myself, 2 young children, and their Mother. Each room had a good sized bathroom. Mine had a large one that was ideal for disabled people. No steps, or bath to contend with, a seat to sit on if required. The beds were comfortable, as was the bedding. The kids loved going in the heated pool each day even after a full day of walking around London. Breakfast was excellent, It catered to everybody. Myself, and my family were able to eat a full breakfast, and then go sightseeing for hours without feeling hungry.

The hotel is conveniently situated and gives easy access to central London. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good value for money with multiple choices of food available. The staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. They went out of their way to make the festive season happy and joyful. Altogether, it was an excellent experience.

The breakfast and restaurant was fantastic! A pool and gym were a great bonus for our teenagers. The staff were lovely and having connected rooms was great too.
The beds were a little firmer than I would like.

Everything the stuff was really nice. Hotel was clean the service we received was amazing. Definitely recommend this place we will be booking again. We also loved the fact that it’s a late check out.

Quiet and comfortable bed
Night receptionist who needs serious time in charm school. She did not listen or smile and twice failed to respond to a question. She was barely communicative and when she did was aggressive. Her efficient colleague had to take over as it seems she couldn’t even get her computer to work.
