Great location, friendly staff. Great facilities. Awesome breakfast.
The bed and pillows. They were diabolical. Like sleeping on a slab, no support. The pillows were terrible. You're only as refreshed as your sleep, right? We weren't refreshed at all. We reached daylight with back pain, neck pain, hip pain and very very tired. Extremely disappointing given the cost of the room. Travelodge around the corner would have been way better, sadly.

Easy to get to the O2 arena, super clean. In general, the Hilton Bankside has great standards. Loved the proximity to the borough market as well!
It's a bit too far from the shopping areas I like to frequent.

The stuff were very welcoming and they helped us with every question. The room was very comfortable, quite and clean. The bad was amazing and we enjoyed very much the breakfast. My fe'ncee is vegan and she found many delicious options for herself. A great place for a vacation!

Venue was clean, and roomy. Lovely size of the room.
The facilities are great and the bed and venue in general was super clean. The bathroom was really nice and big and the shower was great. Felt really good.
Unfortunately, our room did not have any natural light because we think just the location of the room and the windows may be off seeing another room or something so they haze the window out so even during daylight it was still very dull and also I just feel some of the positioning of the lights in the room, still kind of made the room a little bit dark though probably was going for ambience

The staff were wonderful. It was very clean and our room was just lovely.
The only drawback was the scaffolding and workmen outside, but that wasn’t the hotels fault.

location and breakfast
the place is covered in scaffolding - every window in the hotel - to not be told in advance was literally a deliberate act that was not funny - we paid over 250 a night and they tried to give us a room that had no natural light because the window had a covering over it - we complained and got moved to another room but the whole window had scaffolding around it - not. good enough

The room is spacious for three people. The bathroom has a bath. The beds are super comfy.
There isn't an option for Netflix on TV. I guess that it isn't too bad, because you will be out doing sightseeing.
