Location, staff, does what expect for Hilton
Renovation so dark (ie curtains so could not see outside). Breakfast was disappointing. Small things like eggs cold, sausage not especially good quality, pastries looked dry but always thought Hilton strong on buffet but not as convinced/impressed as past experiences.

Booked purely for a night away and everything, from quick check in, sweets for the kids on arrival, complimentary soft toys in the room, fabulous clean room, wonderful breakfast, awesome swimming pool and fantastic staff made this a perfect getaway.

As a wheelchair user the hotel is very accessible. Staff in foyer extremely helpful.
I would suggest that the room info online needs to be clearer. I booked an accessible room with a photo of the accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. I was given a room with a bath and was told this was an accessible room with a bath. Staff willingly changed the room to one I booked and needed whilst I went out. Concierge had moved my case into the new room by the time I got back. Clarification is needed as to different accessible rooms. If a room with an accessible shower had not been available this would have left me with some issues.

The pool and the breakfeast are really good the minibar is really good there is a good personal and there is a big menu room service works a lot which makes it easier thank you for all the things you brought us!
N o window ,drill sound for 2 days straight ,no view and there was not a lot of light btw the lights sometimes work sometimes not . Everything else is really good thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Greeting at reception was fabulous, easy, glass of prosecco and coincided with the restaurant giving out delicious canapes... Incredibly comfortable bed and quiet room, delicious breakfast.
There is currently exterior refurb work going on, but they were magicians at not disturbing our stay. I have never slept in a quieter London room

Everything was generally good except the construction that was going on. Also the staff atcreception especially Noor khan was exceptional with all the help he extended to us.
We had double booked without knowing that a family room had 2 bedrooms , this should be made clearer on all your sites . We now only have the opportunity to use the money paid for the unused room within 6 months. It's so unlikely that we will travel again to London within the next 6 months - it wouldn't have been a big deal for you to release the room credit the amount back to us especially considering it was peak season for you but your reservations team was adamant and really not that helpful. Your reservations desk on the other hand especially Noor khan tried his best. Wish you could have had a better approach to this .

The hotel was clean, staff members Sandeep and joseph were great!
Problems with our key card to get into our rooms, every time we needed to get into our rooms there was a issue where we had to go back down to reception and a member of staff would have to come with us to let us in. Was a nightmare when we had things booked like attractions and dinner reservations!

Wonderful
The location is excellent, being short walks from the underground, river bank and Tate Modern. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped and spacious and we also made good use of the swimming pool. Staff are courteous and very helpful
There is ongoing construction work at the hotel and although work doesn’t start until around 9am on week days, the noise can be intrusive
