It was perfect for what we needed. We had travelled from Devon to an event held at the hotel so it was exactly what we wanted. Lovely upgraded room too.
Feel like there could have been more attentive at breakfast. And one of the waiters spilled red wine when serving us at the event.

It is a 20 min walk from Waterloo. The staff were all very friendly,there was no coffee in the room but house keeping brought some to the room in minutes! The towels and bedding was luxurious and very clean plus the bed was very comfortable. Stunning lobby decked out in Christmas decorations.
I was confused by the water in the room,I wasn't sure if it was complimentary. I couldn't airplay my iphone to the tv. I needed to stay as I was attending an event,I found it very pricey but I did appreciate a 12 o'clock check out time as I couldn't check in until 3pm and I needed more time to prepare.

Room was a very good size with nice walk in shower. The pool was nice with towels. Breakfast was fit for a king.

It is clean and staff are friendly
The major building works that start at 8am. They were just jack hammers and drilling into the rooms of the hotel my phones decibel reader showed a reading of 89 I have videos you wouldn't believe it. No one in reception told us about the works when checking in or nothing on there website or booking.com site about construction
