Wonderful
I had booked it after seeing the reviews about the bigger rooms and indeed for the location, the room was spacious and comfortable. The service also was great. Overall, a good stay!
There was a false fire alarm at 6 30 am which interrupted my plans for the day. We had to evacuate but it didn't take more than 15 mins to go back to the rooms. The hotel staff could have addressed it better.

Great stay! Location was easy to access both walking and transit. Rooms were very comfortable. We found the value for money very high and will definitely stay at this location for our next stay in London.
Honestly nothing - from value to money and comfort it was one of our best hotel experiences.

The hotel is very comfortable, well located and with helfpful staff; the breakfast buffet was delicious and in a spacious eating area. My room (Deluxe King) was large, very quiet and clean. It was lovely to have a mini fridge and coffee/tea machine. The pool (larger than most hotels), and fitness room are both excellent
I don't like carpets, but I did not ask if any rooms were available without.

A wide variety of food st breakfast and a la carte available too. Room was big and spacious so was the bathroom.
A few softer touches in the room eould have been nice. Artwork or a plant.
