I was thoroughly impressed with everything at this hotel and that’s not something I usually say - the hotel is in a great location, staff immensely friendly and helpful throughout, great value for money and lovely pool
Turned out they didn’t have valet parking as advertised but the concierge was very helpful checking that I’d parked my car in a lawful spot

The breakfast and the comfort of the beds.
The included breaks fast is a buffet with a variety of options.
The staff was very friendly.
I’d love to stay here on my next visit to London.
There was a renovation going on in the facade during our stay. The room prices could have been cheaper considering the noise and all the inconveniences.
However I liked the hotel very much.

Lovely hotel, staff super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, facilities were amazing!
We wanted to order room service but its was ridculous expensive for what you got. £20 for two machine coffees.

The staff treated us like royalty from the moment we walked through the door. The breakfast selection was amazing and there was plenty to choose from. We loved the foxy scavenger hunt too!
I wish there was a decaf tea option in the room, when we asked for them we kept getting coffee and perhaps a selection of pillows as they were very very soft and could have been more supportive.
