Good size, clean room and attentive staff. The price was very reasonable the centre of London. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was great.
My request for a bath (2 months ahead) was not granted.

I book this hotel to be close to the Tate modern, the river and the many places I can walk to easily along the riverbank. I also like to swim in the pool. I especially like their breakfasts which are unhurried and offer a wide choice of lovely fresh and cooked food. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent stay, only comment is the room is a little dark with minimal natural light and no bright reading light.

Newly refurbished room, great bed, well designed bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff!
Ongoing works, with scaffolding in front of the window. The wellness center is missing a sauna and the gym is quite small and at times crowded.

We stayed in the newly refurbished wing, the rooms were absolutely amazing and comfortable.
The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. The whole hotel was spotless clean.
The pool was nice, though I can't really say it was sufficientntly heated.
Also, there seemed to be way too much chlorine in the water- my kids were constantly coughing and my eyes were burning.
