Beautiful property, friendly staff. Lovely food, plenty of options at breakfast. Enjoyed our award meal, maybe a bit more creativity on the vegetarian option would be good.

Very family friendly, helpful staff and concierge. Great location and excellent to have interconnecting room for family. Lovely touches for the children too.

We stay here every time we visit London and will continue to do so. Front desk were polite and kind when I requested to change rooms. When new room was assigned, it was later discovered the AC wasn’t working and again the front desk were patient to reassign another room to us including upgrade which we did not ask for. Concierge was also extremely helpful with their suggestions of activities as I had limited motion due to leg injury. F&B service js also excellent in restaurant and bar.
Renovation was noisy. Housekeeping was far too busy to clean room daily.

It was perfect for what we needed. We had travelled from Devon to an event held at the hotel so it was exactly what we wanted. Lovely upgraded room too.
Feel like there could have been more attentive at breakfast. And one of the waiters spilled red wine when serving us at the event.
