Kids friendly hotel and good staff,comfy room and nice breakfast . Many grocery shops nearby hotel.
Hotel is far away from London main shopping,tourist spots area's like Oxford st,soho,Hyde park, regent park,it take more than 30min by taxi in day time to go there.

Location, clean room, comfortable bed and bathroom.
Works, scafolding all around the windows. Nothing about that mentioned on booking.com, so deceiving. The room has very poor lighting.

Honestly brilliant and lovely staff, there was an issue on check in but it was my colleagues fault and the front desk staff were so nice. The rooms were massive, the bathroom and shower was amazing!. Loads of space in the rooms to get ready, turn down service built in, and I had a coffee in the bar before I left and the staff there were also exceptional.
I was only there less than 24 hours but I experienced zero issues.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Lovely food, plenty of options at breakfast. Enjoyed our award meal, maybe a bit more creativity on the vegetarian option would be good.

Very family friendly, helpful staff and concierge. Great location and excellent to have interconnecting room for family. Lovely touches for the children too.
