Exceptional
The apartment was easy to locate, the staff were lovely and super helpful as well as other people there. The room was perfect for my needs and the fridge and freezer worked which was amazing as it meant I could save money not eating out. The bed was also really comfy and I slept like a log both nights which is just what I needed.
The only thing is that while there is street parking just outside, it was full of cars so I had to drive around looking for a spot but fortunately there was some a few metres up the road so it was fine. There is also no lift which is something to keep in mind if you struggle with that but I'm sure there's options for ground floor preference.

Staff were fantastic , really friendly and professional. Helped carry my luggage upstairs and said for future stays it was possible to request ground floor room. Gave advice on parking. Bed was comfy

Mild mold is expected in winter on frames but not in a hotel. It had made its way onto plaster which is way further then the seal.
