When I riased the issue of the noise in my room I was moved the following day.
The room was noisy although I was moved on the second night.

The grounds and building were lovely and I thought the interior decor had been thoughtfully put together.
The staff, particularly upon arrival, were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The towels and bedding were clean and soft.
It was an ideal location for us to stop over for 1 night.
There were a number of small things that would have made a big difference to the state of the room we stayed in.
There were blind fixings above our window, either fit a new blind or remove the fixings.
The tea tray was dirty and the kettle was slightly.
The bathroom taps needed some kind of treatment to remove the limescale etc, or even replacing.
The bedside lampshades were frayed and dirty.
Thr grouting around the shower was black.
There was no shower gel, only handsoap in a dispenser that hadn't been fixed to the wall.
The foot pedal on bathroom bin was filthy.
Large red wine stain on the carpet next to window.

Beautifully decorated hotel with friendly helpful staff. My room was upgraded foc. Everywhere was incredibly clean with excellent facilities. Free, easy parking.

Booked for the family to celebrate birthdays. The rooms were lovely and there's an excellent pub within walking distance.

size of bed was very good and comfortable.
There were a lot of splashes/marks on the wall by the bed/bathroom wall which were not very pleasant to see and should have been removed by cleaning or paint.
At times reception/ bar wasn't manned which stopped me having a hot chocolate on Saturday evening.

It was in a good location for our visit to Bletchley Park
The bathroom needed attention. Tiles broken, shower hose looked dirty, hot tap made a noise and actually woke me up in the night, you needed to turn it to make the noise stop

Nice venue, the hotel is set in stunning gardens in a small village in Milton Keynes....
Breakfast is very expensive and buffet... not bad but not great either...
