Conveniently situated - good value. Kirsty was very helpful and allowed us access to our room early
The double bed was small. Luckily we werent three people staying in the end. It would have been a squash.

Had to keep bedroom window closed because loud noise and music from pub.

Good value for money, clean room, at a good location if you want to be in Milton Keynes in a few minutes.
The beer garden and next-door neighbour were quite loud on the day I visited. I understand that like most places it i not easy to soundproof for a pub that is directly underneath the room or for incosiderate people who bang their doors, but this made the place less than ideal as a stay over between working days.

Comfy bed and clean
Very noisy with pub attached..sadly didn't realise it when booking. Fan in the room wasn't working to mask the noise ..if you are a light sleeper this isn't an option but if noise doesn't bother then room in itself is nice and comfy...

Access to bathroom very close to one of twin beds making it a little awkward for second occupant to get in.

-friendly staff - friendly crowd - very clean room - good facilities and well stocked biscuits in the room :) - parking - family room that could facilitate 3 adults
Unfortunately the heating was on which we didnt realise. Made it very hot in the room on an already hot day.

Very clean and spacious
I was given a room adjacent to a busy road. There was noise from traffic during the night, even though I slept with earplugs on. I was woken up at 6:15 am by lorry passing by not only was there noise, but the room shuddered.
