Wonderful
Absolutely Stunning Apartment. It had everything. Great Kitchen Area, Complimentary Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, Milk, Microwave etc, etc. beautifully laid out with so many fabulous mod cons like - automated blinds and lighting to suit your mood. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Plus it’s so close to The Stables if you are attending a concert. Lovely Hosts too. We look forward to returning when we can.

Milk, cold water, biscuits, teabags was a lovely touch.
Very clean.
A brush and pan would be good to have to clean up the floor to keep the place clean while staying there.

Host was very welcoming. Such a lovely stay , accommodation had everything you needed and the facilities were exceptional. Beautiful decor and the garden was so peaceful. Our host even provided us with a vase of cut roses from her garden to place on our table on the outside patio . Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting The Stables Theatre as it is within walking distance.

On arrival we were greeted by Julia's husband and he ran through with us how everything 'works'. Julia called later to see if everything was ok. It is really a perfect self contained studio apartment with parking directly outside. Although the weather wasn't good we had a lovely outlook over the garden. The accommodation has everything one needs for a short break and is in a quiet location. We went to a concert at The Stables, just a short drive away, so not to drive home was a bonus. Woburn village is worth a visit and the deer park is free to walk around.

Everything was perfect, from the host, to the accommodation, to the location for getting to the Stables Theatre. There's also a pub just down the road (about 6 minutes walk) that serves lovely food. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely bright room with nearly every need catered for. Super friendly owners. Comfy bed, nice quality. Well equipped kitchen (although no oven). Loved the skylight, and the little decked area. Tastefully decorated.
Would highly recommend as a great little place to stay.
Minor nitpicks:
Remote control for patio door blinds could do with instructions. After I'd been shown how to do it I must have pressed something. Figured out it needs to be on channel 00, and doors have to be closed for it to work.
The "oven" listed is in fact a small microwave with an oven-like setting. (Instructions for that too would have been helpful)
There is a little hob though, which is great, and not mentioned in the listing.
A couple of little cobwebs under the desk. Everything else was absolutely spotless.
That's all very minor stuff though. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Convenient location within walking distance of The Stables arts centre. Quiet location off the main road. Light, airy room, large comfortable bed, excellent shower, outdoor seating in the garden too. Ample off road car parking. Host kept me informed before and throughout the stay.
