The room was clean and spacious with comfy bed.The place is along the motorway,with a gas station stop.
The parking is charged something which is not reflecting on the website.
If the M1 is closed, access to the hotel can be tricky,we had to book elsewhere on our second night as motoway from Milton Keynes was closed, we rerouted via A5 without success.our sat Nav was unable to get there for 2 hrs,we ended up booking elsewhere.

Convenient location. Parking directly outside and £5 per night reasonable.
Certainly not the experience I have come to expect whilst staying in Ramada in the US.
Room was tired and tatty, bed had definitely seen better days. Bedding worn. Bathroom definitely needed a good date with the maintenance operative.

Breakfast was not fully ready when we turned up, not stocked up, and the quality of food could have been better.
No hot water in the morning to shower.

Well when i got to my room the tv wasnt working it wasnt clean curtains where falling down so i went down stairs and asked to move room now when i moved room the plus sockets didnt work so the kettle and hair dryer wasnt working couldnt charge my phone it was dirty there was marks all on the carpet mould round the windows but i was so tired and had my daughter with me who is 4 that i just put up with it in the morning when leaving i went down and complained and asked for my money back i was refused the money back i was so angry but i walked away cause i had my daughter with me i still want my money back for the bad expericene that i had
