The room was spacious and clean. Bedding was nice and comfy, usb chargers useful. Nice decor and carpets. Nice soft towels. Good breakfast but shortage of staff in the restaurant. Looked like one lady, very overworked.
The shower was freezing cold in the morning and it was hard to contact reception to tell them. They said the boiler was off which was very disappointing. I didn't like that there was no lift as I was struggling to walk due to a back injury. The bed was lumpy, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The man on reception Sat night not very friendly or welcoming.

Absolutely nothing not even the fact that it was £41 can make it seem tolerable.
Everything, poor staff, dirty rooms with dust, random people banging on my door throughout the night & if that wasn’t enough the worst part was the fire alarm running for 10 straight minutes in the morning I packed up my bags & left.
Also the mattress & bed is as comfortable as sleeping on a speed bump

The staff were helpful and polite. It meant we could spend a lovely New Year's Eve with family before heading back to the Hotel to sleep - a 15 minute walk.
Nothing - it was quiet and the room had enough. Decor a little dated but it was clean and the bed was comfy.

The beds were comfortable
Unpleasant view outside the windows, reminiscent of a junk yard. The noise late on wasn't respectful of the people staying and the breakfast didn't look inviting. Bathrooms looked tired and in need of an upgrade.

Same day availability as had a long day and needed a rest
Bit of music in one room but we were so tired we went to sleep fairly quickly

Our evening staff member Arvin was very friendly and accommodating
First room wasn't the best but was rebooked into another room immediately with no hassle evening food was abit pricey and not the best quality however the breakfast was perfect for its price but unable to eat in bedroom and return when paying for an all you can eat breakfast buffet
