Price for 3 nights was a excellent find. Staff were very helpful and friendly
When I first arrived have to admit I thought it was going to be a really bad place to stay but it did get better. The day I left there was a woman outside shouting and screaming at the staff and she was rude and very racist towards people

Room was clean and well equipped - coffee machine, fridge as well as expected items
Bed was comfortable
TV and remote worked
Breakfast was excellent although some items were a little cold
Bathrobe and slippers but really at the price I would expect these.

This was my 2nd visit to go to a football match in London driving from Macclesfield and I will definitely return because as a disabled person the room, staff and amenities were excellent.
The fact my football team lost but that's life and the rest of my trip was extremely enjoyable.
