Breakfast was good.
There was no wifi - yet nobody bothered to tell me until I called to check. Access to wifi was one of the main reasons I booked there so to not even have the decency to inform me of unavailable service was inconvenient and disappointing. I would not have booked there if I'd known and will have serious reservations about using any of company's properties again or recommending to friends and family.

It was a ok room it was comfy and the bed was really nice.
Overall I would still come back as it was in a really good area and suited really well for me.
My shower was very stiff and took a lot of strength to move it and my temperature would go up and down regardless of if you left it in hot also there was a lot of limescale on the head of the shower which could of been cleaned. There were some corners of the room that were dusty and had cobwebs in.

The staff were helpful and polite. It meant we could spend a lovely New Year's Eve with family before heading back to the Hotel to sleep - a 15 minute walk.
Nothing - it was quiet and the room had enough. Decor a little dated but it was clean and the bed was comfy.

The room was spacious and tidy, there was complementary coffee/ tea in the room.
There is no free parking despite there being parking spaces. This added to the cost of the stay. The heating was taking too long to warm the room on a very cold night. There was also a musty smell in the room that I assumed came from the floor carpet.
