Stayed a few times now and I can't grumble at anything. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel has been refurbished at the quality and price of food and drink is very reasonable. The hotel is perfect for shopping or events in Milton Keynes. Lovely setting if you get a canal side room.
No fault of hotel but there's not much to do/walk to within the area. You need a car

Room facilities e.g. microwave, cutlery, etc and room window view were very nice. Location for me was very good as i had to go to a place nearby. The staff was very friendly specially the receptionist girl. Good value for money. In general satisfied and would reccommend the place
Lacks an elevator/Lift as although 1 floor up only but taking luggage up the stairs could be a challenge. Complementary drinking water bottle/s in the room should have been there.

We stayed for the second time and it's surely a good choice when spending a night in Milton Keynes. It's a short drive from the coachway and is close to the Open University. The rooms are comfortable enough, clean and have a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, which makes it possible to have meals inside.
We knew what to expect and were satisfied with it.

The view over the water and microwaves in the room was helpful.
Breakfast options - timing from 9am or expensive food boxes. There were long hairs on the carpet that got caught on my feet that wasn't very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and polite. Good free parking .
Nice pub next door . Canal side walk . 5minutes drive to Milton Keynes.
Microwave and fridge with cutlery and bowls a nice addition.
Good value for price paid .
Noise from car park very late at night .

Excellent location. Great to have extras like a microwave and fridge. Pretty walks along the canal and close to Bletchley Park Willen Lake and The Swan inn
Only lighting. No single switch on /off for bedside lights.

all the staff at the desk where very good and pleasant to talk to, the room clean and tidy, it had a fridge, microwave, tv, hair dryer, iron and board. and the cleaning staff where good at there job to.
the only thing that I saw there was, 2 coffee stains on the carpet.
