easy to find, room was okay and value for money, we had a room overlooking the marina which was very nice, plenty of tea and coffee included. nice pubs for meals within walking distance., on site restaurant was closed for refurb but we were told this in advance.

Comfort and location
The drunk man who tried to enter our room at 2.45 am. The hotel owners must realise that anti-social behaviour appears in many guises, none of which should be tolerated. This one incident destroyed an otherwise pleasant stay. The hotel staff could do nothing about it
