Very clean and very friendly front of house staff. Free parking. Great size TV and location was good. Great to have combined USB/ plug sockets.
All though clean and tidy it is a bit dated in regard to fixtures and fittings.

Helpful friendly receptionist. She helped me take my luggage upstairs.

Room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. And they gave biscuits in the room
The multiple notices about setting the fire alarms off - including by leaving the bathroom door open and not storing marijuana were a bit OTT and made me wonder what sort of dodgy clientele the place had!

The overall experience was way above my expectation. I just expected a bog standard stay. Way above that.
Only thing I could criticise was that the lighting in the room could have been brighter.

Great place to stay , great options for food at reasonable prices , down load the app for discounts, I even got a free madri
Above bin store outside room 216 still ok though booked a water view but didn’t get it book overall 10/10

Everything on ground floor was especially appreciated by wheelchair user although doors were not easy to use.
Breakfast operated by separate company rather than the hotel itself.
Whilst buffet breakfast was excellent coffee was charged extra and was expensive although unlimited.
I was tempted to fill a couple of flasks before we left.
