Room was clean and comfortable. View over canal boat basin was lovely. I liked the addition of a microwave, fridge and crockery. Excellent idea. Well done. Staff were friendly.
Windows could do with replacing with double glazed units it was a little cold at times, with a draft being felt. Also shower head holder on wall needing adjustment and shower curtain although clean was inadequate needed to be longer.

Facilities were good.
We've stayed a few times in the past & had rooms with Marina view but this time we had a carpark view. Bit disappointed

Stayed here a few times, great location by the water, has a restaurant right next door. The staff are lovely the rooms are a little dates, but have all the amenities and are very clean. I also like that there is someone on duty 24 hours

The bed
I didn't get the room I was expecting what I booked, the page I said I would have a marina view but I had view of the carpark. The light outside lit up my room and the lights in the room didn't work solo it was either all or nothing. Was disappointed I didn't get view I was expecting
