We just wanted a basic, clean, secure room to stay in whilst we attended an event nearby. This was exactly we got and staff were very friendly and helpful
Nothing to really dislike. Clean, no frills rooms.

Very reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Very good shower.
Room above bar.. Quite noisy on a Wednesday night. Maybe to be expected, staying in a pub. Hot water tap at sink in bathroom ran cold.

Location great. Good value and single room very clean and comfortable and well equipped.
One thing only. The smell from the shower room very unpleasant. Probably a macerator issue or drain problem.

A very nice place, old world charm, modern comfort. Staff were pleasnt and polite, the room and facilities were comcortable and on hand. All in all I'd highly recommend.

Room had not been properly cleaned. Bin not emptied and tea stains on the carpet which had not been hoovered.
