The staff were very friendly and sufficient. The room was spacious, tidy and clean.
You need to park at the local Cofferidge Close car park but as a former local, this was fine

There is an excellent bar on site providing pub grub. The accommodation was reasonably priced given the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, while small, had everything we needed for a short stay.
If you're staying over a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to listen to loud bar music until 23:30. Check-out time is 10 am.

A great pub with character. Good atmosphere especially if an evening.
We stayed for 2 nights in a courtyard room. The bedroom and bathroom smelt of damp. There was no shower curtain so the floor was flooded each time we showered. There was nowhere to dry towels as the towel rail didn’t work. Little hanging space and no storage space. It didn’t feel comfortable at all due particularly to the unpleasant smell of damp.

Great location. Loved not having to wlk through pub for our room. Room was spacious, basic & everything we needed. Pub served lovely food. Staff were friendly.
Little things could easily make it a bit more comfortable. Lack of plugs so only 1 bedside lamp even tho a twin room. The water in shower tray took a while to drain. A pain when 2 are trying to get ready. Kettle on a very low down table which was inconvenient. A chair or something for a bag would help. I was able to use the bottom of wardrobe but my sons bag had to live on the floor. The tv didnt swing out so only 1 person could actually watch it. But these things wouldn't stop me staying again

Nice staff, excellent shower, rasonably comfortable, quiet, clean and allowed me to get to where I needed to be without having to go round too many roundabouts...

Friendly helpful landlord and staff. Lovely olde pub, room was clean
Miner water leak in the bathroom across the floor and bed softer than we are used to. External influences that neither the landlord or police could control. No parking onsite but landlord directed us to long stay car park which was a very short walk
