Our 2nd time staying here. Great reception staff, fantastic, clean big spacious family room. We had room/dinner/ breakfast deal… incredible with 2 adults and a child. We all felt rested and happy.

Layout of the rook is very strange. The toilet is in a separate room and it had a really strong smell similar to ferrets!

Disappointing
On behalf of our family (sister in law (immune compromised)and brother in law) whom we treated to staying in the hotel at the same time as us, they had a distressing time by being bitten by fleas! My sister in law actually saw a flea on the sofa and did not sit on it again during her 3 day stay. She has photos to back up her problem. She did not let us know until after our stay in order not to spoil our trip but she had to wash all her clothing etc when she got home and her skin was inflamed and itchy for days after. I contacted the hotel with the complaint and they did not reply back. Would never stay there again. Room 014 needs fumigated!

The room was immaculate and modern. Free use of the pool was fantastic. The check in staff were fabulous and helpful.
The breakfast was appalling. Nothing available! Long waits for crockery etc. We cancelled our breakfast for the rest of our stay. The staff were not apologetic or understanding about this aspect. There are plenty of options nearby instead, which are better value and more efficient.

Location was easily accessible, plenty of parking, staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was larger than I expected, clean, well equipped, comfortable bed. Considering where the hotel was i was expecting a fair amount of road noise, I was wrong I didn't experience any road noise. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all i liked e erything about this hotel
