Nice and clean, the pool was a nice bonus.
It was noisy, I was staying overnight for work on a Friday for an early start the next day, not the hotels fault but their were some guests letting their children run up and down the corridors until gone midnight so not ideal for me.
Also the shower was really hard to work.

The toilet stunk of urine, sink didn't drain properly, sofa bed should have been a double bed rather than 2 singles.

I was excited as it is Novotel’s chain and these are usually very very good but this one was more like an old fashioned chain of cheep hotels sorry
Staff was very friendly though.
Corridor smelled of what I can describe only as old sick on the carpet.
Pool is so so small.
All looks old and dirty.
Not at all like Novotel’s at Stansted sorry.

Over all stay was good. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Free Parking is a plus too.
Room facility could be better. Could do with a switch close to the beds. Vent in bathroom and hotel bed standard for sleeping.

Mr Shitesh was terrible we order a round of drinks and he refused to refund us or pour another drink the order was incorrect and made me to believe it was correct. The next day he apologised and said I’ll give you 2 free drinks and a bottle of wine. I should have demanded a full refund and wouldn’t have stayed I chose Novotel because of its prestigious premises. This was far from that we were very disappointed and wouldn’t stay at this place again.
As above and the cheap chip wood paper glossed over with fresh paint doesn’t give any class or appeal as to be expected by a hotel of this standard. That’s all it was standard, nothing to write home about the bed was also uncomfortable and didn’t have the best nights sleep either. The tv I had to literally get close to even switch it on or off.
