It was a lovely place to stay, the staff were great and pleasant and sorted me out after I lost my room key.
The shower drain was a little blocked and I nearly flooded the bathroom because it drained so slow.
That's it, other than that amazing!!!

Good location for our visit .
Lady who checked us in was lovely , very friendly
There were hairs in shower , shower base was all flaky and dirty .
The man on bar Dee Jay was very rude , unwelcoming , no manners, got given drinks in dirty glasses and had to ask for them to be changed. Pints had huge froth on them , he needs shown how to pour a pint . We felt so unwelcome we decided to order a take away in the room than sit back in the bar . Then on check on the guy had no interest was not welcoming , not friendly .
The customer service in this hotel is shocking the staff really need to find a job they like !

Unable to use electric car chargers, as they weren’t working. Reception advised to go next door to the golf club, but all their chargers were off grid too!

Very friendly receptionist at the booking on and the staff generally. Good breakfast and not too busy at any point. Room is very spacious and comes with free parking.

The staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding, with a great range of food and drinks on offer and the chef goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need. Importantly, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air conditioning works well.
This is a faded 4 star hotel.Although spotlessly clean, it is quite scruffy in places. We would stay again as the price of bed and breakfast was incredible value.
