Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
The bed was comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was lovely. Staff were polite and friendly.
My bedroom carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed, and there were sticky rings on the bedside table.
I couldn't work out the way payment worked. I would have preferred to have just paid one bill at checkout, but was expected to pay for the rooms and breakfasts at check-in. Later, I was asked for my room number at dinner but not offered the bill at the end, so left. I was then phoned in my room to return and pay.

Looks nice and the food was lovely. The young lady / host was very polite and helpful when serving us and came across really well and that she genuinely cared. She's a keeper!! Great parking and a great position
When i was given my room it hadn't been cleaned at all. Towels on the floor bed all over the place with blood stains on the sheets. Disgusting. Had to go back to reception. Was given a new room. Kind of an apology for not checking the room. No offer of anything complimentary like a voucher or even a drink at the bar. Something simple like that would have changed and improved this score. What i assume was the lady manager on at the time was simply rude. We was told we could sit where we want as it wasn't busy. to then be rudely moved by her as it had a breakfast napkin out. Really
