We booked this hotel because of electric car charging facility mentioned on their website. And we specifically called to check whether we could access those ports. We were misinformed and told that charging ports work or otherwise we could use the ones in golf course next door. However all the ports includinf the ones in golf course were not working for public. It ruined our stay and we could not get to the commitment next day. Reception staff did not take any pains to check if they were passing on correct information. And hotel website has deceiving information on it. We are really disappointed as all our weekend plan has been disrupted because we could not charge our electric car in time.

We were upgraded but the dull brown decoration and curtains in the room were not very classy, sticky carpet.

The male night staff could do with more customer service training as they are neither polite nor professional let alone friendly. Seriously, these guy don’t even smile at you! The room is basic and not especially clean. I’m sure the beds are adequate for shorter guests but if you’re even slightly on the taller side, expect your feet to be hanging off the end of the bed. Overall, you need to lower your expectations when booking here.

Our main praise is for the night staff guy with a beard,on June 6th we got stuck at the theatre in milton keynes our booked car left as we were 30 mins late ending yhe show I rang the hotel,this staff member ordered a car to come and get us. Great service,needs a bonus

Liked everything really. Breakfast was excellent. Staff fabulous room clean and comfortable, lots of parking.
I specifically booked a hotel with an EV charger. On arrival I was told I couldn’t use it unless I was a BP member. I spent an hour driving to various places to find a charger that worked. Shouldn’t be listed as having an EV charger.

The room was a good size, comfortable and mostly clean. The hotel has plenty of parking
Visible mould on the ceiling and lots of stains on the bed frame and carpet.
