Good
The reception staff are always very welcoming
We had a very comfortable bed, had a good nights sleep.
We ordered two toasted sandwiches which took around half an hour to arrive, the gentleman in the bar offered to ask the chef what was the delay, but we thought what was the point it was still a wait .
We were in room 107, the underflooring is very noisy, sounds like creaky floor boards in the hall way too

1st class restaurant with perfect staff attendance. The staff were very friendly and constantly ensured we were happy with the service provided.
I cannot praise them highly enough. The breakfast menu was perfect with fresh and regularly maintained hot servings to select from . I asked to see the chef to praise him with quality of hot food provided
Nothing no complaints

Pleasant
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and a good standard.
We booked dinner but were told the kitchen were running out of food so we could only order from bar menu which was poor.

Wonderful
Great room size, comfortable bed, ground floor convenience, spacious car park, and a good atmosphere in the lounge and restaurant areas.
A tad noisy in the hallways as other guests talked while making their way to rooms late at night.

Poor
Air conditioning when turned off leaked all over the floor, ran down wall over an electrical plug, constantly dripping. Asked to move, was asked to give it ten minutes to settle. New room wasn’t any better- a huge hole in the mattress! Next room was on the ground floor, next to the reception area where a crowd were chatting and laughing so loudly until late in the night.

Fair
Breakfast was excellent. The receptionist who checked us in was very efficient, welcoming and friendly.
The fact that there was a very limited menu in the restaurant. At 6.10pm sold out of pizzas and three items on menu also sold out. We were left with a very limited choice. The stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for a couple of days. There was no towel rail in the bathroom so we ended up chucking the hand towel on the shelf behind the loo or leaving it by the sink.
