No bar staff to serve you and when do appear no apology for keeping you waiting or please / thank yous. Let’s the hotel down.

Breakfast was outstanding. The chef was chatty and helpful - providing some additional vegan options. The waitress (Bravly?) on both morning was most helpful and responsive.
Joining 2 single beds together for a double and not using a mattress topper serves to provide a ridge in the middle of the bed.

Beds were awful as were pillows .. like sleeping on the floor ! Didn’t sleep at all !!
