It’s location, convenient to visit friends and relatives. We request a ground floor room and they always oblige us.
The joy of having a little fresh air through windows is a bonus as some hotels have air tight windows in city centres.
The mattresses need to be changed to firmer ones, because sleep is always disturbed due to the very soft mattresses.

Comfortable bed. Generally clean and comfortable.
Asked for a double bed but they gave 2 singles.
2 people but 1 set of towels.
I could have asked for more but we shouldn't have to.
We didn't want to bother and made do with it.

Bar area and lobby well kept and maintained
Booked this location as they advertised an EV charger but when we needed it the staff had no clue how to use it and washed their hands of us. Called the number on EV customer service charger. To be told the hotel are looking after it. So the main reason for our stay was pointless.
Our room was grubby and didn't give a good impression on arrival. Cracks in bathroom tiles, rusty door stop that had been left on bathroom floor, shower drain also broke, toilet roll not stocked up and 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet. It had a nasty smell about the room.

What a wonderful experience, we had been to a family funeral and they couldn't have been more helpful, special mention to Monique who gave us a free upgrade, had a meal in the restaurant which was really nice and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who stays in Milton Keynes
