Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Just outside Milton Keynes center, the hotel is a 5-minute drive from the M1 motorway. The traditional rooms at Kents Hill each have a large work desk and a TV. Rude and unhelpful staff. I paid to play pool upstairs but staff didn’t know how to get pool cues and then other staff refused. Said you can only play at night. This wasn’t advertised in the hotel or online where you in fact have pictures of people playing pool in the daylight. Didn’t get refunded for my payment. Feel like it was a bit petty

Ample car parking. Receptionist was very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean
We arrive later in the evening and paid £22 for the one-visit buffet which 2no of us had pizza which was cold and not very appealing as it was probably not the best choice at the time we visited, though deserts and sides for the main were okay, with a third member of our party having the chicken which he said was good.

Good location for silverstone Bed was comfy although the headboard was a bit dangerous and we whacked our heads on it multiple times
The room and tv were tiny! Unfortunately we got locked in our room and reception couldn't help. This was at 6am on a Sunday. No maintenance on site to help. End result is we had to have keys passed under the door and unlocked the window to jump out. Luckily we was on ground floor and wasn't that high.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking.
Rooms are outdated and require refurbishment. The quality of food in the restaurant is poor, with limited choices and poor value for money. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not, as there are better hotels elsewhere.

All good but the bathroom could have been alittle cleaner.run marks down door frame and toilet seat needed a better clean.
