Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Clean, basic but adequate rooms, friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast with good choice.
Bar expensive and long waits for service. Bit noisy late at night as people return but not for long.

Cleanliness of rooms , beds could be updated , the sheets need to be replaced as the were bobbled , stains on carpet and mould in bathrooms. Staff tried to tell me that I had payed for one of the rooms from booking

The build up of black mould along the bottom of the tiles in the wet room! Clearly not been cleaned correctly for some time! Bar prices way too high for a low star establishment?

The buffet style breakfast choices were great. They had pastry, cooked food, fresh fruits, jams, various teas and fresh juices. They finish serving very early though so have to get up even earlier if wanting to eat. I have to say however, the Kitchen staff were very helpful at breakfast time in helping me get the most of the last served breakfast and take one back for my partner to the room who was unable to make it down in time due to feeling unwell. The lady on reception on the afternoon of checking in and morning of checking out was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality, I enjoyed our little chat
The room felt very small and dated and had mold in the sealing around the edges of the bath tub and in the grouting of the tiles. The room layouts are insane.. literally walked in a very large circle trying to find our door number. It’s like a labyrinth. I’m assuming we were put at an older slightly neglected part of the hotel because our stay did not reflect our expectations. When walking in though reception the impression is great. Modern, clean, welcoming, bright and colourful.. through the busy restaurant with your luggage and sweaty well traveled party, across an open (very lovely) courtyard out back - though another corridor - keep going and going and going… through the darker corridors of the back to back ( not very well signposted ) dorm style rooms
