Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Price, breakfast included, ability to use gym. Organised staff.
The room was squashed like a student bedroom. There was quad felt like a ten minute walk to get from reception to the room.

The leisure facilities and breakfast .Also convenient to where we were visiting. But I have booked to go back
Very long walk to find the room & not signposted well. Also, you have to remember to log your registration number plate every time you return from going out. Usually you only do it the once in other places we've stayed.

The spa was nice
The restaurant was a cafeteria not a restaurant. Selling mostly burgers and chips. Breakfast was cold and overcooked. Bread and teacakes was stale. When i arrived I asked if I could use toilet the staff said no as the toilets was upstairs in the bar and she said te lift was not working so everytime I needed the loo I had to go back to my room.

For a supposedly accessible room, it wasn't very accessible! It was a long way from the cafeteria area. Not so bad on the way to the room, but harder coming back to the cafeteria as uphill. The shower was over the bath, so not at all accessible. And therefore couldn't use it.
