Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. The layout of the main building was nice and the layout of the hotel was good. Room layout was okay and spacious. Breakfast was okay!
No baby changing facilities in the whole buildings! absolutely not on for 2025. No comfortable beds, staff not happy to help with basic requests. No air con in the rooms and heaters on full blast. Was super uncomfortable. Lift sizes are big enough to fit prams/wheelchairs. Very outdated feel in the rooms and some rooms had mould/items if furniture damaged

My only concern was the lift in the conference centre. I was alone and the lift was shaking heavily taking a lot longer to get back down to the floor than strictly necessary. I am disabled and heavily anxious. I did report this to reception immediately who only called maintenance after I expressed a concern for my anxiety.
Other than the lift, there isn’t anything I strictly don’t like

Disappointing
The room was good value for money and a good breakfast selection. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Unfortunately the room me and my child were situated in, had a lot of traffic of people all through the night. Plus everytime somebody flushed the toilet, the pipe work banged through our room for a good 20 minutes after and this continued through the night so we didn't get a good night's sleep.

Great location with restaurants,shops , parks and activities around it .
The facilities were not exactly what I expected . The pool tables didn’t have enough ball and cue sticks for the 2 tables . Could access the pool as only over 16 and I had children. This was not made clear in the advertised facilities. The receptionist were rude , this took the shine away from brilliant bar staff and other staff .

Was good to have use of the gym. Breakfast was quite good.
Rooms were pretty dated and location a bit in middle of nowhere. I'm sure it's fine for conferences but I wouldn't stay again.
