Disappointing
Staff where incredibly friendly and respectful. Helped out where they could, especially the restaurant staff who were amazing! I used the gym and pool. Gym was quite small but had a variety of equipment to use, pool was good.
Had to switch rooms at the beginning due to a smell and broken toilet. 2nd room was better but still quite dirty, lots of dirt of the floor. Windows couldn't be opened very wide and due to the hot weather this made it hard to sit in the room. There was a fan provided but it was broken. I got woken up at 4:30 am due to builders or bin men, which where there up until I had enough and left the room for breakfast at 7 am. The facilities could do with a refurb, along with the addition of aircon in the rooms.

Wonderful
Unexpectedly nice place. Fantastic location surrounded by excellent infrastructure at the heart of MK. Looks like an unassuming business park from the outside but is in fact great mixture of decent hotel, good sports bar, great conferencing facility and an upscale University refectory, all with Nuffield Health Spa and facilities across the car park, included for overnight guests. Rooms clean and comfortable with good bathroom area.
Spa facilities very good and just a short walk away.
Long walk to some rooms and the complex is a bit of a maze in places. Rooms themselves lack character and are more along the 'Travelodge' model. Meals are served buffet style in an area with a bit of a Motorway Services vibe - food quality is great all things considered, but eating area can get super busy with a mix of hotel guests and conference delegates if your timing is bad. Not really a place for a nice intimate dinner with loved ones.

Breakfast was amazing and lot of choice, the bar area was nice and relaxed. Checking in staff were great and friendly.
rooms could have been a bit less basic but for the price it was a nice place to lay head down.
