Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Plenty of choice at Breakfast, hot and cold.
Bread was rock hard , obviously been out fro more than a day, first morning I had mushroom and had to bin them, couldn’t tell what they tasted like, 2nd day all was good, bread still like slate though. Car park behind/ at the side is a gathering for boy racers at night, loud music engines etc. called reception no answer. Fast asleep wrapped up in his coat. Rooms are tired but functional with someone’s short Blach curly pubes on the shower walls

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable
There was music until late. And they had a massive booking which meant we couldn't have dinner until late and all they were serving was what was made for the big party. And it was Luke warm. Not a very nice experience.

The booking. The staff. The rooms we were allocated where amongst the laundry rooms with noisy washing machines and laundry trolleys clogging up the corridor. Doors left open with cleaning equipment etc on show. The rooms were too dark. The light flickered constantly. The tea/coffee facilities were placed with no plug socket to plug the kettle in. The cooked breakfast was poor, dried up overcooked mushrooms, tasteless scrambled eggs and cold tinned tomatoes. The pool was only for 16+ (not stated at time of booking). Then an email the day before the booking to say that it would be closing early. Calls/emails not returned. Duty manager extremely rude, screaming and refusing to talk.

Nice hotel. Lovely pool/spa. Clean, safe with nice, helpful staff. Food was good. Good value for money
Room was dark with only a very small window. No air con or fan and window only opened a tiny bit. Difficult to find staff in the evening.

The location is great. The swimming pool is must visit is staying there. I liked the hot tub, sauna and steam room.
The toilet seat in room 121 had green stains of liquid toilet cleaning detergent. The hot tub was out of order

The facilities were clean, staff excellent however the ventilation of the rooms & conference rooms were poor as was quite hot and no fan the 1st night till 2nd day which wasn't sufficient.
