Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Good location to work. Room was comfortable & I had a good nights sleep.
The dining experience was pretty basic for the cost of dinner - not many options & a salad cart was not great! To get a drink was difficult too with the bar being separate from the restaurant so having to leave to get a drink until I wanted to have water or juice!

This is a really pleasant hotel to stay at for business trips. The refurbished restaurant it very pleasant and great value. I never feel awkward eating there on my own, and actually often linger for longer than I intended, but the table layout also makes it ideal for groups of all sizes. The rooms are comfortable and completely adequate for the price. The staff have always been absolutely exceptional and cannot do enough to help, even when the hotel is busy.
Probably because it's a conference facility rather than a family hotel, it feels like the rooms get a little more abuse than average - there are usually one or two things that are a little bit broken or damaged, but you can tell that the hotel does try to keep on top of it and will always try to put things right if you ask someone.

Double room was very small, bed sheets were good. But bath tubs had like little burn marks in it and taps were rusty. The ironing boards in the ironing room were filthy with dirt. Room cleaners were going around banging that loud on all the doors in the morning that it startled me. And yet theres door tags fot that. Why do they need to bang so loud onall the doors if they haven’t out the door tag out. That’s what they are for isn’t it. Leisure centre was alright but not on the main site. Overall it was comfortable enough but still lots of room for improvement.

The receptionist tried her best and was very friendly and approachable. She must have been embarrassed by the state of the facilities but she remained professional.
Extremely unclean facilities. Hair in the bath. Second bedroom I was offered the bathroom light wouldn’t work properly and there was dried sticky urine on the toilet seat. The third bedroom was no better and had dirty cups and spoons. Awful accommodation.

Great staff who were very helpful, including making getting a taxi really easy with a prepaying booking system. Super breakfasts and excellent value for money. Even a pool if wanted!
Two towels in a room for two and some decaf coffee in the room would have been cool.
