Wonderful
Felt like a holiday resort, clean, everything you need
No aircon in the bedrooms, but it’s quite bewildered around the property (which is lovely btw) but means leaving the window open invites all kinds of bugs into the room

Disappointing
Comfortable bed.
On request, they gave us an accessible room.
Staff.
Car parking.
EV chargers.
It's definitely not worth £130 for the night.
We paid for a double room with half board and a parking space.
DINNER, supposed to be a buffet. However, you are only served once. It's not a great selection of food. There was a hot section the choices were Pea Soup, Chicken thighs, Spinach and Chick Pea curry (was very nice).
Salad bar had mixed leaf salad, sweetcorn, pickled cabbage, olives, coleslaw, grated cheese, quartered tomatoes, cucumber. The desert selection was lemon meringue pie, chocolate cake, and fresh fruit salad that was in very sweet syrup.
BREAKFAST - insipid looking sausages, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, and rubbery fried eggs, most empty plates going back had the eggs left on them. I asked if the had scrambled, answer was "No". There was a selection of cereals (including gluten free), bread/toast, mini croisants, Danish pastry, forest fruit salad, selection of fresh fruit, bowls of yoghurt. Machines with weak apple juice & orange juice, coffee machine, tea making facilities, and container of water. I would have had cereal with yoghurt. However, didn't find the yoghurt, it was with the fruit at the opposite end of the serving area.
I wouldn't call this a restaurant, but a canteen.
Nothing wrong with the staff here, all very helpful & friendly.
I usually stay at Travelodge or Premier Inn when travelling in the UK.
I'm afraid I wouldn't stay here again. Sounds better than it is.

The hotel is a big complex. The room I had was simple but ok for a couple of nights, though somehow small. Breakfast has lot of choice.

Poor
Close to our new offices
Only one person serving at the bar and took so long to get a drink. The burgers were also really poor quality and cold.

Location in MK
The food was really poor. On two nights they ran out of chicken korma and so only Burgers were available. They were like rocks, tepid and the chips were floppy, cold and not pleasant. The whole offer was substandard for £22 pp.

Lovely breakfast
Firstly, we were given a room where the windows wouldn’t open. They moved us but then we ended up in a room where the fan didn’t work. It was really warm during the night!
We were awoken at 6:20am by a group of people outside our window in the courtyard praying/preaching. This continued for well over an hour.
They were obviously a congregation of some sort but surely standing beneath bedroom windows and singing at that time in the morning is hugely inconsiderate, especially as there would have been conference rooms that could have been used instead!

The hotel staff are always welcoming. The hotel and restaurant is very clean and the chef was brilliant catering for my daughter's medical needs
Our room was too small for my daughter to easily move around in her wheelchair
