Wonderful
Good parking in quiet area. Friendly staff and lovely buffet food with good portion size. Also rooms have baths.
Some people leaving early not respecting other guests and banging their doors when leaving.
Maybe some signs being displayed may help these types of people to have some courtesy and respect.

The greatest feature has to be its proximity to the fitness centre, with unlimited access to the gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. The jacuzzi and sauna were lovely - for me, these alone make it excellent value for money. I stayed over the weekend and it wasn’t too crowded, which I was really pleased about.
Excellent room and cleanliness. I stayed in Heroncourt and liked the little orangery corridor connecting reception and the accommodation itself. Decent bed and bedding.
Breakfast was fine (far better than the dinner, in my opinion).
I have quite a few criticisms below, but my overall rating of 8/10 is largely centred on the fitness centre access.
I arrived at 13:55. The receptionist said check-in only starts at 14:00, or I would need to pay an early check-in fee. Shocking. Her colleague immediately intervened to say that it was fine.
Dinner was very, very bad. I met a few people in the jacuzzi who told me dinner is basically lunch leftovers and is appalling. I was in disbelief, thinking how bad can it be – it’s a hotel after all – and I needed an early night so didn’t bother dining out. I’m telling you: this is the worst dinner I’ve been served. There were only two ‘main’ options. I chose BBQ chicken with rice. It was a very mean portion: just one chicken breast fillet with boiled rice and boiled cabbage. It tasted really bland. You could expect teenagers to cook better and use nicer seasoning than that. I don’t know what was ‘BBQ’ about it - it certainly wasn’t barbecued, and it wasn’t standard BBQ sauce either. They charged £22.50.
Other guests told me they regularly come here for the fitness centre, but always get a takeaway instead of eating the hotel food.
The bathrooms still operate with separate taps - i.e. hot water too hot and cold water too cold. The toilet also kept flushing spontaneously. They had to move me to another room as maintenance had already left for the day.
I came across 3 reception staff and 2 restaurant staff during my stay. Two of the reception staff spoke good English, but the others struggled with simple English. For example, when you say 'everything except bacon', the staff would still put bacon on your plate. Now imagine the frustration when you have to explain to the same person that you have already purchased breakfast, but it was under another room number. They said, 'No, Richard, you haven’t paid for breakfast'. My name isn’t even Richard - I said a different name.
Gym equipment was a bit meh (I don’t normally use Nuffield, so I don’t know if this branch is better or worse than average).

Nothing
Rooms are dated, the shower is was hot or scalding hot, no control on the heat and the same was reported in the rooms of the others on my course.

Nice sized clean room
Very loud echoey hallways, sign posts to stay quiet but any noise in the hallway really carried into the room
