Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Just outside Milton Keynes center, the hotel is a 5-minute drive from the M1 motorway. The traditional rooms at Kents Hill each have a large work desk and a TV. Bed was okay
There was 1 towel between my partner and me, when asked for more so we could go swim and just have another towel I was given a small floor matt. Rooms was very run down and the building looked like it had school children living there, graffiti and damage throughout especially in the elevator.

Friendly, helpful staff comfortable bed and bedding hanging space and drawers
The signage is appalling. There was no indication of stairs/lift etc (apart from a small sign once you had found them). We went into Heron House from the reception and it only had tiny notices about ground floor rooms (we were 1st floor). A floor map would help, plus signs from the ceiling to show stairs etc. Bedroom carpet could do with a shampoo.

Lovely location away from hustle bustle but close enough to get to anywhere in Milton Keynes. Leisure facilities a welcome bonus! Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was adequate. Will book again this year.

Beds were comfy and room was cleaned daily. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Water from the bathrooms taps was either scalding or freezing. On average the shower temp was fine, but it would cycle every minute or so between a brief period of scalding hot water and then freezing cold water before settling. Breakfast was adequate. Not the best quality cooked breakfast but a good selection of hot and cold. Bar was expensive but well stocked.

The staff were friendly but the overall experience was poor as they were constantly checking if you'd paid for your meal whilst you were eating, rooms were smelly, beds uncomfortable, noisy and not very nice cliental.
The ambience was like being in a youth hostel. I don't have a problem with this if it's good quality. However, the rooms were smelly, the restaurant was a canteen, the staff albeit friendly were poorly trained, food poor quality. I walked through urine outside someone's room one morning. Not what I worked expect. I would never return. No lighting by the bed.

The food is frankly awful. For example weekend breakfast no scrambled eggs just congealed fried eggs. Much of the food is too spicy for my taste. Meals are expensive relying on a captive clientele. Cafeteria staff do not speak or add always understand English.
