Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. The cons cloudy any Pros if there was any.
Very disappointed with our stay. The room was unclean, with dirty cups, hairs in the bathroom and a dripping shower. A large, undisclosed function caused noise all night, with cannabis smells and people trying our door. I had virtually no sleep. Reception dismissed my complaint without apology. I am requesting a full refund.

Lovely food. Huge room. Pleasant setting with trees.
Couldn’t work the bath (our fault for not asking). Grounds a little tired for example some floor tiles needed regrouting.

The food was nice but wasn't a lot of options for me.
I didn't like the smell from the bathroom so I had to ensure that the door was closed at all times so it wouldn't make the whole place smelly.

location, nice evening meal area. I received a parking fine but I called the hotel and the friendly receptionist helped get it cancelled
evening meal cost being collected while eating, we were a group of 11 paying individually so it took a bit of time and was disruptive while eating

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did appreciate the free parking and the location was excellent for us. The room was very clean and beds comfortable.
The room and bathroom could really do with modernisation and some finishing touches added. The lighting in our room was too bright and not restful, it sadly lacked side table lamps and more electric sockets are needed. Overall okay but everywhere needed a refresh.
