Great location Clean
Exceptionally rude server at breakfast, following a mix up with whether breakfast was included, I was in the process of sorting it out with reception when a staff member was incredibly rude to my daughter (17, who stated, my mums at reception sorting it out) It was too much, and created an inhospitable, hostile and embarrassing atmosphere, so much so that she no longer wanted to remain for breakfast. The manager did call up to our room and offer my daughter to come back for a complimentary breakfast, which I thought was a nice attempt to rectify the situation, but unfortunately the damage had already been done.

The communal areas are well kept.
Outdated rooms, terrible decor, filthy green carpets and poorly painted doors. The bathrooms resemble a public toilet. This place needs room renovation! Some of the female reception staff were extremely unwelcoming. I won’t name names. This is not a hotel that I would recommend.

I liked the staff. Very helpful. The room was clean but not enough toilet paper as I need to ask from reception and also the fun in the bathroom was not working at all and when we used the bathroom all the steam from bathroom was in the room. Besides, not enough towels , we was 3 and only 2 towels. Indeed one child but she need her own towel.
I was expected more quality for the amount of money paid.
