This was a work trip, and I have stayed here before for the same event (annual conference)
The staff were friendly and helpful, cleanliness and facilities good.
Food was reasonable, too.
The iron in my bedroom was broken (the hot plate underneath had a missing piece, with a jagged edge. If I hadn't noticed it, it would have caused serious damage to my clothes. I did report it to one of the reception team.
The next comment is not your fault, but there were some very noisy revellers coming in after midnight (my room 606 is opposite the lift) who disturbed my sleep! Having said that, I wouldn't have minded quite so much if I wasn't working the next day!!

Good room, good location, staff pleasant and helpful
The whole reception area, lounge and bar on ground floor is so cold, due to large automatic sliding doors. Revolving doors would not let the outside cold air in so easily and it did not fell like heating was on to compensate.
