Very memorable stay, Johnny and his team,Michelle,Tory,Micheal,Issac and Grace went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, always with a smile,warmth and sincerity. Leonardo felt more than just a place to stay.Every interaction made me feel valued, and that level of care is rare. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and i am very grateful for such a wonderful experience, i cannot wait to return

The location was excellent, the customer service was amazing, the hotel looks clean in general, there is a lot of variety to do things.
The room was not 100% clean, there was the hand towel with a yellow tag on it, which seems like blood and one of the pillows also. But for the rest it was really clean.

Location is excellent, 15 minutes walk from MK Central station and easy walk to many pubs and eating places. Very clean and comfortable and spacious.
This hotel is typical of all high standard, modern hotels. There is nothing not to like but nothing special either.

The bed was about the only thing that was clean in this hotel
I travel a lot for work, this was about one of the worst places I have ever stayed. For £153 I think I was robbed blind. The bathroom, looked like someone had died in it with streaks of something red down and all over the seat. Do not even get me started on the walls. The sink had two big brown marks on top of it. The bathroom was so clearly not cleaned. I was so distraught that I wasn’t even able to complain to the reception and I just essentially cleaned the whole bathroom at 10:30 at night which is when I checked in. Thank goodness I was only there for one night.

Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Easy access from train station. Free water, biscuits and tea/coffee. Really enjoyed breakfast, and felt safe.
Shower water came out at a trickle, did complain on my last day (on 5/6th floor). Not sure of the cleanliness. The pillow smelt like men's cologne and the desk had what appeared to be lipstick on it. I cleaned the desk easily enough concerned it was my lipstick and swapped the pillow so I was okay, but it didn't feel the cleanest.

Location of the Hotel was good for both bus and rail station and also the shopping centre. Breakfasr was very good, hot and plentiful. Staff were also good especially the breakfast staff.
Our first room (superior) whilst having hot water in the bath and sink the shower water was very cold. The hair shampoo bottle didn´t open and the TV had problems. We informed reception who were unable to help so we were moved to another room
