This was my first time and the property was clean tidy and the staff was friendly especially the guy that attended to me was very professional.
It would have been better if the property have their own car park.

Good location.
Rooms desperately need refurbishment. I arrived and as soon as I opened the hotel room door I refused to stay and requested to be refunded.
Odour in room, didnt air it out from previous guests, room was VERY dated and I just felt extremely uncomfortable. The pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms. They offered to upgrade without charge, the executive room was slightly better than the original room but I was uncomfortable. Again, not a 3 or 4 star. I would perhaps rate a two star in the 3 or 4 star dressing ( the downstairs reception).
What was disgraceful was the manager at the desk a fairly young woman insisted to her colleague who was assisting me, that I be charged for the first night in the room !!! Even though I refused to stay in the room and was only there for a matter of minutes.

Luxurious! Upper Class yet so friendly and relaxed. Staff wonderful! So happy In themselves and their work it was apparent and created lovely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble . Room beautiful… large,light and airy. So cool(temperature-wise).Shower/bath toilet in different part of room. T.V. Fridge. Amazing breakfast ( cooked and continental). Wonderful reception staff, apart from all of the above,made the stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me and my daughter feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere throughout. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We created some lovely memories together, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
