Great staff, helpful and the room was amazing so clean and soacious.
Nothing really lifts took a while ti arrive on the floor but thats not an issue really.

Breakfast - arrived at 06:30 and all cooked breakfast was cold on opening.
Quality of food mediocre. Poor quality.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable - sheets starchy and scratchy!

Got locked out of room at 8:30 am, making me late for work. Had to get card re-activated. Breakfast at £17 was absurdly expensive. In addition, there was a whirring fan noise all night which I could not shut off, disrupting sleep.

Wifi was great, Staff friendly, Room cleanliness was great.
The hotel and my room in-particular was situated near the Slug and Lettuce bar. The venue played music into the early hours and kept us awake. After that came the noise from the people leaving the venue! For the standards of the hotel this massively let it down as we didn't enjoy a good nights sleep.

Nice modern hotel, good facilities and decent size room and centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A lot of noise from outside as it's very close to a few bars in the centre so there's a lot of noise late at night (most likely just at weekends) as people leave the bars etc.
Walls are paper thin so noise from neighbouring rooms was quite loud.
No secure onsite parking - although plenty of on-street parking just across the road.

Location of the Hotel was good for both bus and rail station and also the shopping centre. Breakfasr was very good, hot and plentiful. Staff were also good especially the breakfast staff.
Our first room (superior) whilst having hot water in the bath and sink the shower water was very cold. The hair shampoo bottle didn´t open and the TV had problems. We informed reception who were unable to help so we were moved to another room
