Location. Staff. Breakfast.
Not much really. It’s a typical city centre business hotel. Functional.

Good location, clean, lovely reception staff
Bar staff. We came back to the hotel after the event around 11pm and decided to go to Residents Bar for one more drink. The minute the bar tender saw us by the bar she made a comment “Jesus Christ” gave us the dirtiest look and mumbled “What do you want”. Worked in hospitality management for years and this was THE MOST disturbing experience I ever had. We had to leave because it was quite upsetting how someone can speak like this to the customers.

Good location but really loud at night
The bed wasn’t very comfortable & I got a ticket when I’m disabled parking in the disabled bay! Bit annoying!

The hotel is beautiful and staff were friendly
Had to leave early at 5.30 am as the bed and pillows were far too hard, the quilt sounded like a bin bag everytime we moved it woke us up . Had the worse sleep and had to leave early due to it , one of the bar staff had a cold/flu and was coughing into the drinks, over-all had a bad stay due the the rock hard bed and pillows
