Booked first 2rooms on the same date and later add another room after 4days and request to have enough towels but on arrival rooms were on the separate floors so the parents were on differnt floor with the girls and we ask to be changed and was told we are fully booked

Staff, particularly Peter on Reception in daytime and Nathaniel night time. Both took ownership of the small issues I had and resolved them satisfactorily. Lovely bar area and again staff great. Vegetable risotto highly recommended, probably best I've ever had, exceptional and I made a point of informing staff of this.
Unfortunately a company event/conference had meant increased noise in corridor late at night, after we'd travelled a long day, tired and trying to sleep. Next room up at 5.00am disturbed us too. Clearly hotel NOT responsible for behaviour of inconsiderate guests.

Disappointing
The location is good and near to most of the stuff. The lounge at the ground floor is very good for first or working if before check in or after check out. The staff is absolutely kind keen and helpful. The amenity is Dove therefore a decent brand which i used myself.
Very certained that the room i got is different from it advertised. Maybe it is under improvement？The first one the air conditioning is not working at all and then the second one works. The towel isn't visible and it took a while to find out.

Fantastic location. Room was clean and tidy. Nice and spacious.
I understanding requests can’t always be met but having celebrating an anniversary with this hotel before and being thoroughly spoilt, we were so excited to spend my fiancés birthday here but unfortunately nothing special was able to be done.
