Location is great and the staff were brilliant, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable
The room was great however trying to have a shower the bathroom kept flooding we tried to lift the lid so the water would go down and it did but really slowly I have really long hair and wasn’t even able to wash it, I also suffer with arthritis so having a shower takes me a lot longer but wasn’t even able to shower properly due to this. The mini “bar” sounded great but the contents were really disappointing one can of Stella and a can of coke, a Kit Kat and some nuts isn’t really what I had in mind when I think mini bar

Very poor bed, very poor mattress...
I booked a two single bed room and I was given a very poor double bed/matress and a sofa bed.
I paid for something that I didn't reserved or booked in the first place the bed was horrible, very poor mattress, there was no confort whatsoever perhaps the higher management needs to spend a few nights in this room and bed/matress and feel the frustration of their customers.
Never ever again!!

the staff at this hotel are exceptional They are so friendly whilst still being very professional. The breakfast is extremely good and the restaurant is run very well. We will be back.

Close to shopping centre
Most uncomfortable bed ever although booking for two adults only one hand towel and one bath towel were provided Shouldn’t have to ask for a towel for each guest!
