Check in was excellent and very accommodating.
There was no bottled water in the room and toilet paper was near finished. Called and it was rectified. Was out from 9am to before 4pm left Clean Room on the door returned and nothing done. Just after 4pm they came and said would you like a clean...not a good look. Marcos restaurant was okay nothing special. Had 3 guests with me...steak was medium well when we asked for rare - its not bad food but does not live up to the ad

The holiday inn beds are the best beds
The marco Pierre white restaurant does not have to be the only option for food .. which is for some meals expected prices, and for instance nearly £10 for a sandwich rather silly ..

Close to the train station. Really lovely, spacious, modern room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried.

We were really well looked after and the kids were made to feel special. They also loved the pool. Good value breakfast if booked on check-in and children eat for free.
You have to pay for parking.

Bath had no handles so (couldn't get out, mobility not good so made it harder)

Proximity to the train station for trains to Central London was fantastic.
The staff were very helpful - special thanks to Harriett and Jason for helping us during our stay .
The prices are a bit too much for such basic amenities in the rooms and size of rooms

The hotel its self and the staff was nice
And rooms what you expect for price
The fact the price of a bottle was over £5 but at local pubs was less than 3£
The fact had to pay £15.80 for parking when last year I came here and the same carpark was free after the time I got there and across the road in the car park was also free between the hours I got there with no for warning of chargers or discount of parking for people staying.

Bed was okay, food was reasonably nice and the staff were friendly
Didn’t appreciate the £15 parking bill once I had arrived. I stayed here last year and the parking was free whereas now it’s £15 which is absolutely extortionate.

Was central to the town and easy to access
Parking prices were extortionate. Very minimal parking spaces on the weekend. Had to get up early on the Sunday morning to move the cars in order to avoid a fine even though we had paid for parking, thankfully the one night was refunded.
Got to our room and the balcony was inaccessible and therefore reliant on the Aircon which didn't work properly. The kettle didn't work and when we asked for a new one we were told that we would be brought one up however this didn't trap. Overall an okay stay but very pricey for the stay we had.
