Breakfast was great, although no vegetarian sausages/bacon on offer and eggs could have been fresher. Location is very grey but we knew that and wanted to be close to the snowdome. We were upgraded as it was my birthday and offered free parking but only got told this when we arrived and after I’d paid for parking which was a little disappointing. I had a phone call from reception the day before so this could have been communicated then. A personalised card and 2 Free drinks in the bar was also a nice touch :)

Staff were lovely even though there was an evening party until midnight. You couldn't here in the rooms(108 above the party) staff were friendly and young lad was very helpful. The rooms and hotel were spotless and smelt lovely. The rooms had everything needed and beds were excellent x

The lady was very nice tried her hardest
Booking.com messed up our payment so we was sat in reception from half 11 at night until 2 o’clock in morning because they had no invoice of payment not worth hassle

This hotel is very conveniently located. It has a good bst and facilities. The food is good and the breakfadt excellebt.

We reported the day we arrive that our room had a blocked sink. We went to see a show in the area came back late and still the sink was blocked. We had to use the shower and toilet. the next day when leaving we did report this again and all that was said was sorry. Nothing more
