The meal in Marco was really lovely and value for money. Did not have breakfast as we didnt realise it finishes as 9.30 so cannot comment on that. Location is good.
Pillows where lumpy, they didnt clean our room, so not enough toilet roll and needed clean towels for the morning due to hot weather needed two showers. The bath in this room needed replacing has a crack at one end.
We were next to the Service lift and could hear it all the time, actually quite noisy.

I think it is unfair to be charged £15 for parking which when added to Breakfast and evening meal made the stay poor value for money.

All the staff were amazing
Paying for parking. Having to share the swimming pool with a baby swimming class. There was a large group of adults in the reception window jist staring in. I was with my 13 year old daughter. It made her feel very uncomfortable. Saturday morning was the only time we could use the pool. The pool staff were not as friendly or helpful as the reception staff

The little extra touches for our first wedding was such amazing gesture & we were very blown away & made our stay extra special. We paid for the balcony & the room size was very generous, would be happy to come back with kids. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Bar area was great.
The only area that needs work is the pool area, we were down there for 5mins & then decided not to stay down there.

Bed was very comfy
No air con, had a small unit that was extremely loud. Bathroom very outdated and shower was poor. Hardly any plug sockets and none next to the bed for charging your phone
