Entire experience wasn't too bad - probably what you would expect from a 'brand' hotel. Location was good, staff were friendly and it ticked all the boxes for a short visit.
Room wasn't ready on arrival but not too long after (even though we arrived after check-in), hotel was publicly claiming it was a refurbed recently, yet it was actually over two years ago. Room was already tired, with dirt in various places, wasn't exactly looked after and really wasn't worth the money they charged.

Great spaces to eat and chill on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and staff lovely. Food is really nice and great quality for the price. The pool was a great size and the gym has everything you need.
The sauna feels a little outdated and dingy and the seating area around the pool feels kinda tacky.

Loved the location, cleanliness, food and friendliness of the staff. Also excellent value for money
We were a group of four ladies staying in a premier king room. We found that one of the made up single beds was quite uncomfortable, mattress seemed very thin.
Also it was a bath/shower in our bedroom and due to bath sides being quite high maybe a grab handle would have been useful for less mobile guests.
