The facilities were excellent, including access to a late bar.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
'Location' seemed a little away from the centre.
We didn't find towels for the '2nd person'.

We didn't have breakfast. The room and the service were excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It catered for all our needs.

The VIP Ice cream ticket for my son was unexpected but a lovely additional touch, and the family room was a better layout than expected with a more separate 'adult' bedroom on the side. Lots of space and good location for what we wanted to do. Able to use the carpark for a full day (as we paid for a 24 ticket) rather than having to juggle spaces to a different location near shops, meaning we did not need to double pay.

The accessible room had an inaccessible bath in it. I was moved to a nice room, but it had a door through to the next room, which meant I could hear conversations next door

Room was a bit run down and bathroom in particular needed some updating. Breakfast was ok but could have been better quality. Overall a reasonable basic hotel.

Tiana at reception was so welcoming. Her smile, kindness, and overall welcoming was very much appreciated. She actually called my room to ensure all was well. Now that is over and beyond. Peter at reception was also lovely. We had the most amazing 2 day break. The breakfast was the best I have had in along time. The steam room was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be visiting again soon!!!
