Lovely friendly staff and good choice at breakfast.The bedroom.looked freshly painted and comfortable; the bathroom tiles were a bit dated but everywhere was clean.

It’s central location, the cleanliness, friendly staff, the fact we got a parking space right outside the entrance, the starbucks cafe. Helpful staff who brought us up extra pillows as I need to sleep leaning on them due to back/hip problems.
The London drinks prices though we noted the same in restaurants in MK we visited, so maybe it’s an MK thing.

excellent facilities, friendly and professional staff at reception and breakfast. i would defenitley go back to this hotel without any concerns.
may be serve fresh hot drinks for breakfast instead of machine. selection of bakery items could be improved. more vegetarian items in hot breakfast - may be veg sausage?
