The staff were fantastic. The food at Marco's was superb. Our room was changed when the one that we booked didn't have air conditioning.
The parking, £30 for a 2 night stay at a hotel is ridiculous.

this is a great Holiday Inn because the people running it are just lovely and helpful. Both the Day Staff and the Night Staff (the everhelpful and lovely Manoj) i really enjoyed my stay there.
The staff and location, its a realy nice hotel.

That it was nearby most things and the staff were so lovely.
The rooms weren’t as clean as they could be. Mirrors were dirty, random people’s socks found by the hairdryer. Something had been spilt and allowed to dry up the wall. Would benefit from a repaint

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice, loads of variety. The location is perfect for the shopping centre and has all these walkways to get around without having to face the traffic.
what made this hotel was the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful.
All was great, nothing I didn't like. The only issue we had was the noise of other guests drinking and shouting in the hall as if they were the only people in the hotel. (Selfish really) But this is not a reflection on the hotel or the staff.
