Away from the immediate hustle and bustle but only a short drive to station, Olney where we were seeing family. Been before this it visit and will again in the future. P.s breakfast amazing selection

We checked in quite late, the gentleman on reception was extremely attentive, polite, and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good: coffee machine broken which i note from slightly older reviews seems to have been the case for at least a month, however the lovely lady in the restaurant went off and made me a cappuccino.
The atmosphere was a little sterile and could possibly have benefitted from some background music, especially at breakfast.

Staff was lovely
The room itself was clean but looked as if it was a old storage room as there being no window very dated bed was very low and table in room was very unsteady,strange smell in stairwell with carpet very worn carpet grippers showing a little dangerous of u had children in need of update

Handy location, free parking, quiet, clean room.
Extractor in the bathroom was not working, so difficult to clear the steam. Electric car charging was advertised but had been removed. Bed was quite firm.

It’s beautiful building, very quiet and nice dark rooms. Food was decent and not over priced.
The tv didn’t work in the hotel room.
