Disappointing
The staff were great and the bed was comfortable
The room was very cold only bottom of radiator was working ( needs bleeding)
Also shower wasnt working reported and said they would reimburse through booking.com

Easy to get to. Lots of parking.
Water pouring over the entrance from a leaky gutter. Reception and all areas cold. Customers complaining. Corridors and party rooms cold. Blow heaters in areas were inefficient. Leaking gutter between two rooms (one being 16) led to an unpleasant night - like Chinese water torture.
Room 16 was cold. Radiator not working, air heating needed maintenance. Main light in ‘hall’ area not working. Told reception. Nothing changed.
Returned to can and car the next morning to the most disgusting mess from birds. No warning from reception. Could not drive on motorway like that. Had to put car and van through a car wash

The hotel room wasn’t very clean at all, loads of flys and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the sink was blocked.

Everything, Atmosphere was excellent surrounding area is good. Felt very comfortable and loved everything about it.
There was a Door hanger that said breakfast in bed?
So felt happy and ticked every thing we needed and on there it said hang it before 1am so we hanged outside at 11:20pm for bringing the breakfast for 8:45.
At 8 after getting ready, we checked door hanger was still on it and got our daughter ready at around 9:30 still no breakfast so we went to the restaurant and had it there.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was good. Even though no option for Halal food but enough vegetarian options and delicious
Housekeeping need improvement. The a/c wasn't sufficiently cooling the room.
The sofa bed didn't have a bed cover and needed an upgrading

The bed was comfortable. Room a good size. Nice walk in shower,
Enough tea,coffee,hot chocolate .
Some of the guests were noisy at about 3 am in the morning.
Plus a busy location was woken often by people outside. Although it was an ideal location for the night life in Milton Keynes.
The hotel rooms could do with sound proofing.

Very nice hotel, location would be excellent except for the diversion because of road works.
