Was truly pet friendly - could take doggy to breakfast in the restaurant. Spacious rooms.

Disappointing
Breakfast was good.
Room was damp, smelly. They had 2 air fresheners in the room to try and hide the stench but they were so overpowering that I had to put them outside. Shower drain was blocked. The “King Room” is just 2 rock hard single beds pushed together. For the money that you pay of course I was not expecting a palace, however; it ought to be clean with a comfy bed.

The staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was exceptional given that it was built into the price.
Only thing stopping it getting a ten was the room was colder and the radiator didn’t work, but the Aircon over the door made a little difference.

Location was good easy to find and free parking
Mattress was shocking springs sticking out and the poor excuse of a Mattress topper did not help.

Just the overall feel and ambience of the place basically the hotel was stunning, the staff were so polite, everything you needed was at hand

Breakfast was lovely had everything you needed from cooked to continental cereal fruit yogurt catered for everyone's needs
Not climbing stairs there's no lift but after questioning why? I was given a sufficient answer

Nothing this is an embarrassment to Holiday inn and as an ex Holiday inn manager this should not be in the Holiday inn brand
The garden was full of rubbish and bird carcasses and rubbish see pictures
