Disappointing
Good Location and reasonable price for the room. The wedding in the venue was amazing.
There was no lift so we had to carry our pram up the stairs even though we made the venue aware that we had a child. We asked for a travel cot, which was provided, but the travel cot mattress was just a folded bedsheet so we are glad that we brought our own.
The room was in dire need of some TLC as some of the plugs did not work, one of our bedside lights did not work and all of the plug sockets were on the opposite side to the bed.
The breakfast was ok but felt very over priced for what was on offer.

Convenient for me, had a funeral tomorrow attend
The room was very tired. A draw was broken and missing. The was only 1 bedside table. Curtains were hanging off and did not close properly at the sides

Building was beautiful
Easy Check in.
Not enough plugs in room
window wouldn’t shut and generator outside
but main problem was , When ringing down to reception at early hours ,pressing the emergency button , and every other button it would go to voicemail, this needs to be looked into as my friend had a seizure and all though came out of it , when dropping she had banged her head which ended up bleeding , I had to drive my friend to the nearest A&E , when walking by reception no staff were to be seen.
Would not recommend anyone to stay here .

Big carpark,nice building,clean and quiet.
Advertised as having EV chargers but they were not connected, very annoying and disingenuous as this was the main reason I chose this Hotel. Also seemed short of staff.Although the staff that were there really tried.

The property was clean and comfortable with tasteful and stylish decor. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff were attentive and very helpful
We were unable to check in on time due to the room not being ready and staff were not very apologetic.
The next morning they were extremely rude around check out time which I feel a slightly later time should have been offered due to the issues we had with our check in

Bar and restaurant staff were great
Poor cleaning/hygienic condition of the room, dust, cobwebs and spiders in the room. When we informed the front desk about the poor condition of the room and my partner was told house keepers work from morning to 2:30pm there they can't help with that.

Great breakfast. Big room. Nice shower.
Bar service was slow. Bar ran out of beer and vodka. Air-conditioning wasn't very powerful. Not enough outdoor seating and tables.

We stayed at this location as we were attending a wedding there. We had a lovely time and was really happy with everything about the venue.
I had asked for a ground floor room as I am currently waiting to get knee replacements. However our room was on the first floor, but as it was only about 14 stairs, I managed ok.
