All staff interactions were genuine, positive and professional. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, if a little cold.
The room was not particularly warm, and the same could be said for the cooked breakfast. The décor looks very tired, and the place is in desperate need of serious investment and upgrade.

Breakfast and staff were exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.
The television didn't work properly. The foldout bed didn't have a sheet. Could everything happening in hall.

It was cold, no heating in public areas. No hot breakfast on first morning due to a maintenance issue( but we got a refund)

We were room only and it was a good room.
We found the bathroom threshold a bit dangerous, it was so high and we're in our 70s and try to avoid any trip hazard. My husband did forget once that it was so high and has a nasty bruised toe. We couldn't see any reason for the built up threshold. Room 107

Lovely room with everything you need for a short stay. Nice staff. Good location for working at the Open University. Clean and spacious.
Hotel food is generally average but I really didn't like the dinner here at all and I had low expectations. It was also expensive for what it was.
