Close to Open University, plenty of nature around, decent food at restaurant. Staff were helpful and kind.

The shower heads were very low pressure and it was hard to have a shower. Also, the shower cubicle glass needs to extend much further as I found myself cramped near the wall just to wash my hair and stay warm!

Courteous, helpful staff
Good sized, clean room. Comfortable beds.
Excellent breakfast
Good value for money
Toilet roll holder in bathroom was missing / broken.
The helpfully provided shower gel & shampoo / conditioner can't be reached if one chooses to have a bath rather than shower.
Restaurant menu did not attract us
Single bed tipped up if one sat on the side of it, therefore a safety concern.

All staff interactions were genuine, positive and professional. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, if a little cold.
The room was not particularly warm, and the same could be said for the cooked breakfast. The décor looks very tired, and the place is in desperate need of serious investment and upgrade.

The staff were so friendly. The lovely lady that checked us in was friendly, cheery and knowledgable.
The breakfast was very good. Such a great selection. Rooms were clean. The hotel was close to were i had a conference the next day.
There wasnt anything i came across that i didnt like.

Wonderful hotel and conveniently located beside the uni. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and there was a walk in shower, which was a sigh of relief for this disabled woman. The breakfast was a good spread.
I have no complaints.
