The friendly staff, great breakfast and clean room, all ready for us when we arrived. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and were looked after by staff. Our young son wanted to stay longer because he enjoyed the breakfast so much.

Well presented hotel in a useful location with great staff, a good bar and nice food.
For some reason the coffee is the worst I’ve ever tasted.
A bit like ground walnut shells flavoured with burnt rubber.

Hotel is nice and always clean and comfortable, staff is lovely and helpful always. Great smart TV.
Heating doesn't work properly,I always carry a thermostat to show it,you have to ask for something to heat the room, and lamp in the corner blinks and can't be used.

The stuff were all so lovely. I arrived an hour early for check in and they had a room ready for me. The room was spacious enough, the bathroom was clean, luckily I had a mini fridge which I needed. I am told you would have to request that in advance.
Location was great too. Also spent some time in the lobby and the bar stuff seems nice too. Came to inform me that the bar will soon close in case I needed to order something.
The breakfast was decent. I don’t eat eggs and pork but there were plenty of other options to choose from. The kitchen stuff were also quite pleasant. I also interacted with one of the housekeepers and like all the other workers in the hotel, she was very pleasant.
Nitpicking because the price paid, it’s a decent hotel. It will be nice to have some vegan or vegetarian warm options for breakfast like vegetarian sausages.
Finished breakfast just after 11, went back to the room and was locked out. Check out is 12. I had to walk back to reception to get it sorted. It is an inconvenience that can be avoided perhaps by a simple software update. Another guest came same time as me to also get their keycard unlocked.
