Location; staff on the most part were very good. Shower facilities were very good.
Queen room yet two single beds pushed together. One bed quite firm, the other soft and spongey.

Staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Girls on the bar were really nice and actually looked like they enjoyed being at work. Couldn’t fault staff at all.

The onsite parking and easy check in.
There was no fridge in the room and we stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay. The room was hot and stuffy with a window that only opened a small amount.

Breakfast was good and communal areas clean
The rooms and hallway areas could do with some upgrade. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms, only fans for a 4* hotel

It is a confortable place to stay.
Netflix and more apps would be appreciated on th and us second time there's no body soap in the shower lol the bottle totally empty,I'm glad I took my own. Also the old phones in the rooms don't really connect to reception, but staff is always nice and comfortable beds.
