My husband said the food, pizza and breakfasts, he had was the best hotel food he had eaten.
Some of the gym equipment wasn't working, both rowing machines and the recumbent bike, but the rest of the equipment was varied and useable.
I was very disappointed with the lack of understanding of the serving staff of dietary needs. The first question usually asked nowadays is "are there any allergies". This was not done here and i ended up with a very costly disappointing meal, which wasn't very tasty or appetising. The room itself was extremely hot and the fan provided very noisy when used to gain any effect. My 2 pillows seemed so old they had no support in them whatsoever and I had to use towels to give extra support.
Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful and are being let down by the conditions they are working in. The place needs a good overhaul to ensure everything is fit for purpose and working, with new staff being trained in a timely manner.

Lovely clean room, great staff, location was ideal for visiting the university. It was a very hot day but there was a fan for the room, which I appreciated.

Plenty of staff and a lovely friendly environment with great parking facilities.
Modern design and had obviously had a revamp but minor repairs and wear and tear beginning to show.
Resolved quickly our issue with the light bulbs flickering in our room and we enjoyed the outside areas. If you have children bring them outside toys as no play area but lots of lovely grass areas to run off steam.
Breakfast was fantastic in the restaurant Pico but we didn't try the evening as too hot for a formal meal.
Only 5 mins away from Bletchley Park and glad we choose here as away from the bypasses noise but convenient to jump on them.
Seating outside would benefit from cushions and the decking needs attention but was useable regardless. Just wear and tear very noticeable here but brollies available to get shade.

The staff I encountered were all very approachable, helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities and the catering met or exceeded expectations.
It's right on the edge of what I would consider 'good value for money'.
While venue was convenient for me, not sure location would work for everyone.

Lovely modern rooms and breakfast had a good variety of foods.
No air conditioning in the room which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep when it was 30°c outside! Guest's slamming doors until the early hours.

The bed was big and comfy and my room was very spacious. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful
There was no air con in my room during a heat wave and my bedroom was on the second floor and was very hot. The shower pressure and temperature was awful which I think is due to the heatwave. The pastries at breakfast were undercooked. The reception staff could have been friendlier. My room did not have a fridge and I could see there once was a fridge.
