Xmas decorations made it feel like a movie set

The shower did spray onto the floor alot. The screen wasn't big enough to keep the water in.

Staff were great, good sized rooms
Pillows were very uncomfortable. Very flat and had to use 4 pillows at once, one on top the other to get a decent sleep.

Good size room, very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Great value for money. Good quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Just a couple of minor things that could be improved - no shelf or similar in bathroom to put your bath bag / toiletries on; lighting in my room was a bit dim.

Nice location, friendly staff, gym, very clean.
No bar or room service after 11pm, even on weekend nights. Incredibly poorly fitted/designed shower room, walk in shower tray only 1cm deep and glass wall only protects a small amount of rest of wash/shower room.

Nice hotel in quiet area good gym and breakfast was very good , the room was nice bed comfortable but the pillows very thin and soft not very good at all.

Good hotel albeit tired. Very cold room with useless heater that kept turning itself off. Needs a decent heater in the room.

Friendly check in, big car park, comfy room, breakfast choice
Lukewarm shower (think it was a fault with the heat limiter), sausages at breakfast which had gone soggy due to time steaming under a lid, and off tasting fruit
