Good
Quiet and comfortable bedroom. Good breakfast.
Shower wasn’t draining and it takes too long for the water to drain after having a shower. I didn’t like standing in a pool of water when having a shower. My children hated it too

Disappointing
Clean, tidy comfortable, good location.
Noise, noise, noise from other guests, playing loud music, banging doors, reported it to staff, Dan the manager to be precise, he had a word with them, they carried on and he did nothing to correct them or imprive the sitiation for other guests who wanted to sleep. Disappointed with this. Shame because the hotel was doing so well up to this point.

Very Good
Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative.
Windows might be a little tired and let in some noise but otherwise everything seemed reasonable for the price we paid.

Disappointing
Location
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this room and the facilities provided.
There is a table in the room, but no chair to sit on. The emergency contact number and reception number are displayed in the room, but there is no landline telephone to make a call.
Most hotels provide complimentary drinking water in the room, but even that is missing.
The bathroom facilities are absolutely terrible. After flushing the toilet once, we have to wait approximately 20 minutes for enough water to become available for the next flush. This is completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, the sofa bed was in a very poor condition. It was unsafe for children to use. If the children accidentally fell underneath the bed, there was a serious risk of them hitting their heads against the metal frame, which could have caused an injury. This was a major safety concern for us.
Honestly, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever experienced in 2026. The overall condition and facilities are far below any reasonable hotel standard.

A great hotel with very pleasant staff; it’s pet friendly, which was very important to me. The room was just the right size, with a comfortable bed and a kettle with coffee and tea perfect for a drink after my journey ,which made my stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, there’s nothing to complain about. The only thing I might suggest is replacing the carpeting with a different type of flooring; it would make the room look even nicer and cleaner, as the carpets though vacuumed are clearly worn out from years of use.
