Local to garage where I was collecting a car
First room was changed due to being unable to access the toilet as lock had jammed, Second room was blowing cold air out of heating system which has resulted in me being unwell. Asked for refund during check out and was told to write my email address down and the staff member would see her manager. Still no contact

Great, welcoming staff at reception, started the experience well. Nice room on the 1st floor, 10yds from the lift, great evening bar & reception on return from our event.
Superb breakfast, nice to be able check out at 11am
