Its proximity to the M1 makes it an ideal stopover point.
It was not very well signed after the turn - particularly for an 11pm check-in.

Hotel room was good and clean staff were helpfull at the reception desk.
We was first given a room that hadnt been clean and still rubbish in the room.But we went back to the reception and got a different room which was clean.

Easy parking and was great being able to bring our dog to breakfast.

Absolutely excellent, exceptionaly clean, bed amazing so comfortable pillows so soft, staff soo helpful and friendly, and I had a lovely little hand written note welcoming us back which I was a lovely lovely touch. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else, ooh and an amazing breakfast.

The fact between booking.com and the hotel they had no reasonable compassion.
I am an OAP, Friday I was looking to book a hotel near Salford Royal Hospital. I booked this hotel thinking I had.
45 mins later I put the hotel post code and the Hospital post code in to see how far theg were apart, horror it was near Salford down south not Salford Manchester.
I contacted Booking.com and the hotel, the hotel told me I had to deal through booking.com
I contacted booking.com customer services, I dealt with a pleasant lady, after conversation she said she would contact the hotel to see if they would drop the charges. 24 layers no can do ,the hotel took the full amount.
Note I had taken out insurance as the relative I saw Fri a close uncle is very ill but to avail.
I shall NOT be using Booking.com again :-(
