My priority is always cleanliness and the rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly and all amenities were great.
The hot breakfast was wrongly named as it was tepid, and not of a very good quality

The room was spacious and very clean
Parking. The reception was extremely busy when we arrived so we were given a ticket to book our parking while we were in the que. No one mentioned that the discount doesn't come off unless you press a button. We were charged £40 for an overnight stay. We mentioned this to the manager who was very apologetic and said he would sort this for us. When we checked out the receptionist could not help as she never knew anything about this. She did give us an email to email about the parking but as it is a private parking company it is highly unlikely that they will refund the difference

Polite and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bed and facilities. Great breakfast selection and tasty. Staff offered drinking water as soo as you ask for it

Heating and aircon are accessible to set up as you wish
The hotel setting is quite special. You can walk all the way around the stadium and there are windows on the 4th floor to see the pitch.
There is plenty of parking and a discounted rate.
Lots of high street restaurants nearby.
Mattress is hard and pillows are soft, although that’s a personal preference
Fridge light bothered me through the glass door.
The corridor doors banging from 6am were quite noisy despite the long “entrance/hallway” in the room
The armchair and desk chair are not inviting or comfortable.
Sockets don’t have the USB plugs - typically the only time I forget my charger, but that’s my own fault
One socket by the desk not functioning
Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but lots of choices.
