We had a private 5 bed room, this was clean and comfortable as far as a hostel goes. En suite bathroom was small but clean. Good facilities in the lobby/bar area downstairs. Really nice location on the canals.
Most of the charging sockets next to the beds didn't work, I think only one or two of them worked.

More vegan options on the menu would be nice please...why no mushrooms?
Better signs on the entrance door needed inside and out to help people once it is locked-some people obviously don't read the booking info!

Very beautiful and new rooms. Bathroom inside each room, good location and lovely staff.

room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, facilities are good with self catered kitchen, the communal area/dining area is also big with a pooling table
was allocated a 2nd floor room, the lift didn't work, so had to climb the stairs

Staff were all super helpful and kind. The room was clean and basic, but had a fan. The weather was so hot that it was very much a bonus. For the price the place couldn't have been better and the cleaning standard was spot on.
Personally, I would put larger hand toggles/hand pulls on the nylon cord in suit bathrooms. Cords always yellow and it is the only thing that looked minging. A cafetiere for proper coffee in self catering too would be perfection.
