All the staff I interacted with were exceptionally efficient, very nice, and extremely helpful. Genuinely never had such a good experience in a hostel (and I like hostels and stay in them a lot). Hostel staff are always super busy, tend to be underpaid, and lots of guests are rude to them, so I find it amazing that everyone in this place was lovely and resolved every issue raised within 5 minutes.

It was very good value for money. Four of us stayed in the room and it came to only 20 each per night! The room was well equipped and had everything we needed. The reception was open 24/7 which was very handy, and after we had checked out they even held onto my bag for a couple hours for free whilst I wandered around Manchester. I thought I would have to pay for left luggage at the station, but instead the staff were incredibly accommodating so I didn't need to.
The only very minor thing I can think to mention was that not all of the plugs in the room worked.
